I’ve seen it happen in a ton of bodycam videos, but after hearing this dipshit’s whining and seeing Shaniqua Floyd, Attorney-at-Law coming out of the woodwork to interject with his retardation, I gotta ask- where did this belief that you don’t have to identify yourself to cops come from? And it’s so concentrated among the U.S. chimp population. Even White SovCits for all their noncompliance still generally give a name- this is mainly just a nigger thing.

Does it stem from something in particular, like a misunderstanding of the 5th amendment? Do they just want it to be true and hope saying so will manifest it? Are they even intelligent enough to understand what’s being asked of them? Or am I retarded for trying to find logic in their behavior patterns?

They view every interaction as a competition for dominance, so gracefully acceding to any request or command whatsoever is seen as being "weak". It's the same reason they never leave when told to, and never shut up.

I am deadly serious when I say this: if you want to better understand nigger behaviour, just go down to your local zoo and observe the chimpanzees for a few hours.

Last night, I tried teaching a foreign nigger how to troubleshoot a baler problem. She was standing infront of it, the door was up and she couldn't close it. That meant, that the red knob was pushed in and all you had to do was pull it out for the magnetization of the door and the baler to close. So I told her to pull the red knob on the right panel, she couldn't miss it.

She fucking didn't do it, didn't know what the red knob was. Much less, didn't know what the color fucking red is, probably. So I had to go over, pull the knob and walked off and muttered 'Unbelievable' for her to hear.

I'm convinced that sometimes, these foreign niggers come over here and want everyone to do things for them, down to shit like that. Should've just left her there until she figured it out. Why do we hire these chimps? Right, cheap labor.

Police in America can only demand your name if they're investigating you, although I think that's not the case in all states, sometimes you can tell them to get fucked and clam up. The thing is, you're being detained no matter what and different rules apply to you than a random guy walking down the sidewalk. The problem Negroes have is that they have very childlike minds and will go into full reality-denying mode, so the investigation is not just illegitimate, it's not even happening. I'm sure many people here have experienced being ignored when they told their young kids that it's bathtime. The kid pretends you're not there until you physically detain them, i.e. pick them up and haul their smelly asses to the bathroom while they thrash and wail. Unlike Negroes, however, children eventually grow out of this behavior after seeing that all it does is annoy dad (this doesn't apply to Negro children, who are taught that petulance is a virtue and they should escalate disputes until brutal force is applied).

This retarded behavior is also rooted in "know your rights" videos which make the rounds on social media. These are often Tiktokers with ring lights in their eyes making up bullshit, but there are some really harmful examples of videos from actual lawyers that cut out all of the parts where they stress the importance of complying with lawful orders and staying calm. A black coworker showed me a version of this video once:


It had been edited down to about 90 seconds and the new message was that you don’t have to obey the police ever. (There was also background music to hold a nigger's attention a little better).
 
The keyword as I understand it is to get ID they need, "reasonable articulable suspicion" of criminal activity to justify the investigation. The issue is the people in these videos do not have a good common sense or legal understanding of "reasonable" and have issues understanding what has been articulated to them.

1st amendment auditors will often refuse to ID successfully, and people watch those videos and take away that they don't have to ID, without understanding the full circumstances. The successful auditors are very careful to not put themselves in situations where they are or look like they are doing crimes, and they don't resist arrest. They fish for lawsuits by allowing the officer to break the law.

Honestly, music production as a whole is one of those things I adore the shit out of. Hip-hop gets a ton of flak for its long history of sampling, but samples (and interpolations to a lesser extent) are ultimately a transformative work (upheld in court despite countless attempts at litigation). There's "good sampling" where you ultimately transform what you're sampling into something wholly different from the original, then there's "bad sampling" where you just lift choruses, hooks, or sound bytes wholesale without transforming them in the slightest. Unfortunately, tons of bad modern music across pop, rap, hip-hop, etc fall into the latter category and I'd argue they poison the well for sampling as a legitimate production tool. Digging the Greats is a pudgy white guy who goes into painstaking detail over the production and sample histories of people like MF DOOM, Madlib, and J Dilla. Genuinely excellent stuff.

 
I might start categorizing chimpouts. They're all motivated by emotion, obviously. Specifically, an inability to control emotions (i.e. it's okay to get angry, it's part of life, but adult humans are expected to cope with their anger without committing murder; no such expectation exists for blacks and dogs).

This video contains a different category of chimpout - the emotion at work is panic. "I didn't do nuffin" is replaced, in this example, by "I did nothing wrong at all" - so he gets points for articulating it well.

Correct. This is why they demand a supervisor, and why they needlessly delay things. If they make the cop wait an extra 30 seconds, that's a huge victory in their eyes.

It's also why they're so argumentative with servers in restaurants. We (whites) assume it's a callous lack of empathy for the wait staff. More likely, it's just a desire to dominate them. "I made that bitch take my food back to da kitchen" - having power over people really gets a black person's dick hard.

Niggers cannot sustain communism, even for a moment (not that it's sustainable by anyone long term; just more the fact that a nigger-powered attempt would fail immediately). Communism requires paying at least lip-service to the notion of "everyone pitching in together for the greater good." Niggers cannot do this. They are selfish and impulsive, and lack foresight and planning skills. It would fall into anarchy and simple tribalism very quickly -- no nigger will willingly share his loot (or literal fruit of their labor) with other niggers (often not even family), and no nigger will, when presented with a large amount of something they just need a little bit of, take just what they need so others can also have some. They'll grab all they can carry, squirrel it away, and come back for more. Even if it'll rot before they can possibly consume it all.
