Anyway, while awaiting trial, Trayvion shot someone ...as is their custom


Yesterday, two years after the attack, Trayvion is finally going to prison. He was sentenced yesterday to 15 years. He'll likely be out in 7. The old guy has never recovered, according to the family.

How does that machine work? It looks like she's just doing leg lifts but, I don't see where she's pushing off from the weights. All the work is in her abdomen, but her abs don't have to work against anything but her own legs' weight to be lifted. I don't believe she's using that machine correctly. It looks like you are suppose to remain standing and then lift your arms to exercise your arm muscles, not just lift your legs on a stationary handle, which is stationary no matter how much weight you put on it.

Tyler Oliveira did a new video on the murder capital of America (per capita) and some of the interviews are incredibly insightful and enlightening on the struggles of the lower class (not being sarcastic, some of these are very sad)

However there are a few that are barely indecipherable babble yelled while dancing around and giving crazy eyes and it's very entertaining
