Do you think it's going to fly? Why not? It's superficially similar to a real helicopter! Why shouldn't it fly? The reason is, those similarities of form don't contribute to the function, but the african is too retarded to figure that out; too retarded to discern the actual important features that make a helicopter fly.

So, back to the sovereign citizen thing. They hear a lawyer using big words, and they believe that's how you get what you want from a court. Just have to say the right big words.

I love this case. Guy is so dumb he literally has a cargo cult understanding of what making an argument is. Like he can’t conceive of actually making a point but he’s seen people shout angrily before. He’s like a kid dressed up in his father’s work clothes.

Edit: ha, just saw Byron’s post about cargo cults. It really is a phenomenon that demands more study.

Said underlying theories -- a bizarre "defaulting" to mythical 1700's-era "admiralty law" in any courtroom where there's a gold fringe on the flag, an insistence that all courts must abide by the constitution while not holding the defendant to that same standard, the mythical "billion dollar savings account" established on birth by magic upon signing the birth certificate (it's a testament to DEI hiring practices that any sovcit has ever been able to actually convince a government agency to "cash out" any portion of said mythical savings account), etc. -- have all been tested and firmly rejected in courts all around the world, not just the United States.

All of it is a grift, at all levels. The progenitors wanted to scam the government out of money and escape legal consequences for their actions via paper terrorism (on the (reasonably accurate) theory that if you simply drown an opponent -- even a court or the government itself -- in paperwork, they're likely to eventually just say "fuck it you win I quit"). The "gurus" want to scam idiots who don't want to pay taxes or follow any laws (no shortage of those). And of course the rank-and-file retards themselves who fall for all of it are the cargo-cult types you describe later in your post. Their grift is just "I don't wanna pay" in all things and ironically they do sometimes pay gurus for training materials.

They're all fucking retards. The theories are bullshit. They've seriously been tested over and over and fucking over again all over the world; the most famous judicial dressing down of that horseshit is the Meads v. Meads case in Canada, which resulted in such an epic written smackdown by the presiding judge that it's become required reading in a lot of jurisdictions (and a good number of college courses) throughout North America.

The misbehavior at roadside and in courtrooms stems from the fact that they genuinely believe they're casting magic incantations and the resulting frustration that it just isn't working. They're almost more frustrated at their own failure to "cast the spells" than they are at the prospect that the spells don't exist and it's all bullshit. The "asshole" in the uniform or the robe is just a cog in the system that has seemingly developed a fresh immunity to the magic.

They're genuinely pissed that the incantations aren't working. That's their limited understanding at play -- "say these words and the court is neutered." Then they try it and the court just giggles and drags their asses to jail. The dipshits are so convinced the magic is real they'll often persist trying to cast their spells in writing from their jail cells. Sovcits are infamous for sending nonsensical garbage motions to courts long after they've settled into their permanent homes in prison.

In the 80's and 90's there was a movement to encourage niggers to avoid taking/using "Christian" names to try to distinguish themselves from their betters. The idea was to "go back to their African roots" by picking African-"sounding" names for their children. Since none of them has ever been to Africa or met an African, and since they're so woefully undereducated and ignorant, they have no fucking clue what an actual African name might be, they resort to literally eek-ooking noises they think are African and try to transcribe what they hear down onto the birth certificate (or, more often, an overworked and officially-black-fatigued nurse or orderly fills out the form for the illiterate monkey that's just shit out a new one).

Whatever phonetic sounds are distinguishable and can be chained together into the English alphabet is what winds up on the birth certificate, which is how we get niggers with "shit" literally in their name. "Shanterical" is a good one -- bitch heard the word "hysterical" in the hospital and decided "Shantal" was too white-sounding, so fuck it, just mash the noises together like a monkey would, and bingo, you've got a shiny new "unique" nigger name.

It really isn't worth studying anymore. It's been done to death. They're just lazy criminal morons. That's all there is to it. They're larping as lawyers (which never goes well) and don't want to be held accountable (standard nigger behavior). The flavor of their horseshit makes for entertaining viewing but there's nothing really to "study" anymore. They've gone through their whole bag of tricks; sovcits haven't collectively come up with anything new for a couple decades now. It's a very old shtick, dead-end by definition, and has nowhere to evolve to.

Where to begin? The ten year old assailant with open access to a firearm isn’t even the WORST thing about that. Somebody made a point about ambulances arriving faster in white neighborhoods. Yet, those same people would act hostile toward law enforcement when it’s their job to access and control the crime scene. Ambulances will not come if the area is unsafe.

The mother GAVE her 10 year old daughter a gun, then started arguing with the victim. Products of their environment is the long and short of it. No way anybody could raise a stable family there.

CPR is not one size solution for all medical emergencies, especially for gunshot wounds. If those people were in charge of handling gunshot victims, they’d kill themselves from their own stupidity and selfishness.

I WISH America was as racist as all these Black “people” love to cry about. Pure sociopaths that don’t know or care they are fully protected under law for identity protection, juvenile status and ESPECIALLY racial background despite having several priors and incidents of unlawful behavior.

If this was the 20th century, they’d rightfully be publicly lynched as a warning for anybody that would do that sort of behavior in public. Now, it’s baffling that the victim’s family had to fight tooth and nail for statutory justice just for the state to say: sorry, not sorry, it doesn’t work like that.

What more would the justice system need to understand that these people they LOVE TO CODDLE AND PROTECT aren’t suited to live in civilized society?

If you lived in 99% white Twotierton then I could understand your not appreciating how much of a menace niggers actually are, but as an Amerifat you should know better. The only thing that makes Muslims worse than nogs is their ability to organise; on an individual basis, you can generally at least reason with them, whereas nogs are largely spiteful retarded savages.
 
I appreciated a single one of them for handling himself in a restrained manner. There are solid blacks throughout the country though. I guess I just feel bad that the small % of them are held back by their group behavior. Anyway, y'all try these?
