Sure, some places are completely unfurnished, right down to the appliances. I think the only things required by US (and various state) law in terms of "habitation" are a functional kitchen sink with drain, a functioning toilet and a cooking implement of some kind (a range, oven, microwave, etc.).

I expect in neighborhoods where it's nothing but careless, disrespectful apes who rent and don't care about the property, landlords put as little "destructible" equipment of their own in the unit as possible before letting the next gorilla family move in.

But I think what usually happens is they pay for a couple years and then stop making payments so the appliance rental take their stuff back and begin the process all over again.

Another poverty trap, like having to buy cheaper clothes that wear out faster and have to be replaced more often adding up to more than the single purchase of the expensive clothes.

If you know your customer base are going to wreck anything you give them, you give them the cheapest piece of shit you can get away with and that’s only if you legally have to give them anything at all. I know a guy that rented out a place with a used mini fridge he got off eBay.

If I didn't have the sneaking suspicion that niggers hair came off the ass of a Philipino donkey I'd say the quickest method of pacification for her would be to grab a big ol' fist full and yank back as hard as possible, it's a win win the nigger loses control of her head and if she tries to resist just crank it up to 11. And this goes for lots of other people too it's kinda shitty how hair pulling is seen as this catfight shit cause it works very well in controlling someone.

Hope the parents sue (the school, staff, district, and of course the nigger and its herd, er I mean "family"). Not because I think they'll get anything from the nigger, but just to add to the district's humiliation ritual by forcing their chimpouts into the proceedings. The district won't learn from that (only the hit to the pocketbook will do any good on that front) but it will maximize the entertainment value.

Oh that and the father (hopefully there's an adult White male involved in this family) ventilates the feral once the litigation's over and the check clears (assuming the chimp hasn't been killed by then by other stereotypical causes by then).

I know it's Internet tough guy TM tier to expect something to think logically when a silverback is putting you in a chokehold. But can't you just reach back and gouge his eyes with your thumbs? Like this isn't MMA maiming and crippling your opponent is self preservation.
