Like most such cases, the Little Rock Nine were specifically selected by the NAACP to show integration in the most positive light. They were not a representative sample of black students in the school district.

The Mughal conquest started in the 16th century; Pāṇini lived centuries before then. There were a certain amount of black African slaves in India but I'm not sure how much that had an impact on the overall population outside of minority groups like the Siddis of today. I really do think South Asia (which means India, Pakistan etc. and stops at Bangladesh which is where Southeast Asia starts with Myanmar) just fucked things up for themselves with the aforementioned consanguineous marriages.

This goes back prior to 6000 BCE. The Turkish expanded out from around the Caucasus about then. It's disputed whether there were people already in India before then or if the Vedic culture which was brought by the Central Asian Turkish founded it. During the height of the Vedic culture, they were seafaring and had a sphere of influence that expanded East as far as present day Indonesia and Papua New Guinea and the coast of Africa that boarders the Indian Ocean and Madagascar. This entire area including present day India and Pakistan were under their control. During this period the Vedics created the caste system by importing niggers to make the lower castes stupid and more easily controlled peasants. This program extends thought out the sphere of their domain. Even in places like Indonesia where the people are more East Asian, they have been niggered down to create a better permanent lower caste. The Muslims come much later in the first and second century AD, but I mentioned it only because it was pre British. I'm am unsure of evidence that suggests that in-breeding lead to the downfall of the Vedic ruling caste. It is my understanding that it was the ruling caste’s out-breeding with the lower castes was what lead to their downfall. It is true that present day Poojeets procreate a lot with their cousins and close relatives. Ashkenazi Jews are also very in-bread for example, so I don't know how much in-breeding specifically contributes the Poojeets current state of filth and stupidity. I would argue that the nigger genetic influence had a greater impact on their current bad state.

I've said different numbers before. The problem is I forgot what millennium means. I thought it meant 10,000 years not 1,000, I was exaggerating. I suspect that 6000 BCE is conservative and that the Vedics may have shown up earlier. We have so many words that all mean 1000. It gets confusing.

Many states already do this. For example, in California, prisoners are often used to put out wildfires. It's taboo, in mainstream discourse, because the activist left have made abolishing prisons their raison d'être. Suicidal empathy and all that.

This happens constantly 'round these parts, even with jail inmates serving for misdemeanor offenses. Not literal chain gangs, but my county is always running litter pick-up details with their inmates. You just have to get away from the commie-infested wannabe-bughives to see it.

Personally, I'd like to see them put to use patching holes in roads, too. Niggers would still do a better job of it than the spics hired by the chuckleheads who, by sheer fucking coincidence and definitely not because of dirty dealings, happen to be a county commissioner's kinfolk.
