I appreciate Black People's ability to make any tense situation they aren't directly involved with funny.

That's how I learned the word, "instigate." I don't know why, but black people like to insert themselves into situations, which causes escalation. Here's a great example:

Guy throws chicken nuggets at somebody, McDonald's employee knocks him out. Thirty seconds in the video, you can tell there's no calming them down without arresting somebody.

I see why cops don't allow people to use their phones during detainments or traffic stops. They'll call their family or friends, then the police would have to deescalate everybody for their safety and the public's safety as well. But, you can't deescalate those kind of people so that's why people try to avoid them whenever possible.

My comment was an implicit offering of an alternative, non-coom-brained/Mutt's-law-adjacent interpretation of the title, as a reference to the diameter of a vinyl lp.
