AC0 pc port? Shit, I might actually break out the goybucks and pre order something for once.
 
They didn't mention it outright in the trailers, but looking at those pre-order cosmetic accessory pack-ins, it seems that you now have a customisable avatar.

There's a battle pass for multiplayer. In the Deluxe image, it mentions pre-ordering to get 30 Ace Pass levels immediately. This doesn't bode well.

Lol, "Pay us extra goy, or you get the game late motherfuckers". That is what pre-ordering actually is when you man up and call a spade a nigger.
 
It should've been a CD release. Most people buying AC8 will have at least some device that can play a CD, perhaps a car, but vinyls are niche even among gamers.
 
The advertisement for the pre-orders has some brief details about the multiplayer mode. The avatar will be for MP only, you're a mercenary. Probably just an in-universe explanation for why you're some random who's able to buy military jets.

When I saw pixy I was so excited because I thought he was appearing in AC8.

...Then I saw the pre-order bonus ad.

Unlikely. I'm not sure where this came from, but online comments say they're only able to rerelease 0 as a pre-order pack-in because Bamco is too stingey to rerelease 0 as a standalone game and pay the associated licenses for the equipment, so it's tied to pre-ordering 8.

It's purely down to Bamco being money-grubbing rather than any technical reason.
 
I fully believe that at this point re-releasing the PS2 trilogy as ports for current gen consoles would sell like gang bangers for people who want to experience them without trying to emulate or digging up a PS2. It just depends on licensing costs at this point, which they could pay and make back easily.
