US 9/11: A Conspiracy Theory

On the morning of September 11, 2001, 19 men armed with boxcutters directed by a man on dialysis in a cave fortress halfway around the world using a satellite phone and a laptop directed the most sophisticated penetration of the most heavily-defended airspace in the world, overpowering the passengers and the military combat-trained pilots on 4 commercial aircraft before flying those planes wildly off course for over an hour without being molested by a single fighter interceptor.

These 19 hijackers, devout religious fundamentalists who liked to drink alcohol, snort cocaine, and live with pink-haired strippers, managed to knock down 3 buildings with 2 planes in New York, while in Washington a pilot who couldn’t handle a single engine Cessna was able to fly a 757 in an 8,000 foot descending 270 degree corskscrew turn to come exactly level with the ground, hitting the Pentagon in the budget analyst office where DoD staffers were working on the mystery of the 2.3 trillion dollars that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld had announced “missing” from the Pentagon’s coffers in a press conference the day before, on September 10, 2001.

Luckily, the news anchors knew who did it within minutes, the pundits knew within hours, the Administration knew within the day, and the evidence literally fell into the FBI’s lap. But for some reason a bunch of crazy conspiracy theorists demanded an investigation into the greatest attack on American soil in history.

The investigation was delayed, underfunded, set up to fail, a conflict of interest and a cover up from start to finish. It was based on testimony extracted through torture, the records of which were destroyed. It failed to mention the existence of WTC7, Able Danger, Ptech, Sibel Edmonds, OBL and the CIA, and the drills of hijacked aircraft being flown into buildings that were being simulated at the precise same time that those events were actually happening. It was lied to by the Pentagon, the CIA, the Bush Administration and as for Bush and Cheney…well, no one knows what they told it because they testified in secret, off the record, not under oath and behind closed doors.

It didn’t bother to look at who funded the attacks because that question is of “little practical significance“. Still, the 9/11 Commission did brilliantly, answering all of the questions the public had (except most of the victims’ family members’ questions) and pinned blame on all the people responsible (although no one so much as lost their job), determining the attacks were “a failure of imagination” because “I don’t think anyone could envision flying airplanes into buildings ” except the Pentagon and FEMA and NORAD and the NRO.

The DIA destroyed 2.5 TB of data on Able Danger, but that’s OK because it probably wasn’t important.

The SEC destroyed their records on the investigation into the insider trading before the attacks, but that’s OK because destroying the records of the largest investigation in SEC history is just part of routine record keeping.

NIST has classified the data that they used for their model of WTC7’s collapse, but that’s OK because knowing how they made their model of that collapse would “jeopardize public safety“.

The FBI has argued that all material related to their investigation of 9/11 should be kept secret from the public, but that’s OK because the FBI probably has nothing to hide.

This man never existed, nor is anything he had to say worthy of your attention, and if you say otherwise you are a paranoid conspiracy theorist and deserve to be shunned by all of humanity. Likewise him, him, him, and her. (and her and her and him).

Osama Bin Laden lived in a cave fortress in the hills of Afghanistan, but somehow got away. Then he was hiding out in Tora Bora but somehow got away. Then he lived in Abottabad for years, taunting the most comprehensive intelligence dragnet employing the most sophisticated technology in the history of the world for 10 years, releasing video after video with complete impunity (and getting younger and younger as he did so), before finally being found in a daring SEAL team raid which wasn’t recorded on video, in which he didn’t resist or use his wife as a human shield, and in which these crack special forces operatives panicked and killed this unarmed man, supposedly the best source of intelligence about those dastardly terrorists on the planet. Then they dumped his body in the ocean before telling anyone about it. Then a couple dozen of that team’s members died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.

The more interesting aspect of the pentagon strike was the flying involved. Getting that particular plane low enough to hit the building at the level and the angle it did was not (IMO) an easy thing to do.

there's a point you reach where you realize that the WTC was actually not particularly well designed and it was a nightmarish engineering fiasco that was going to require billions of dollars of re-engineering to take it up to the standards people thought that it was being held to.

I remember hearing many times as a kid that the building could have survived being hit by a smaller plane and understanding how little material is there to support the structure of the building in the case of that scenario i think it's safe to assume that literally the entire construction of the WTC was one giant LARP

What’s the spiky thing coming in to frame bottom right? I guess at 4-500 mph you’d not see a plane diving into it smoothly, but the pentagon one is the one I have an easier time believing the conspiracy stuff about. The second plane hit live on tv, it was the most shocking thing most of us had ever seen like that.

When it was about 1000 feet away from the pentagon, the aircraft was low enough that it sheered off five light poles at a width within the range of the size of the aircraft's wings.

I don't really question that the damage could have been done by that particular airplane. But the flying that resulted in a direct hit to the outer side of the pentagon was always a bit puzzling. Its not an easy way to have hit the pentagon from the air.

There's zero video evidence of the plane anywhere near or over the Pentagon except for one blurry surveillance video. Five light poles are down near the Pentagon. at the risk of derailing this into some big WW2 spergout, HMS Hood is now believed to have been hit by a shell traveling UNDER her belt armor, not a fire from 4" ammunition traveling internally. This hit would've been an extremely niche shot made possibly only by her heeling in a turn + her precise speed generating a wake that left that part of the hull exposed

All the more reason to not go through with the pricey total asbestos removal project and instead rig the thing up with explosives so you can get a massive insurance payout + casus belli for the war on terror + justification for the patriot act + massive payouts for military contractors?

Then why didn't the top part that had it's facade allegedly cut apart by the buckling trusses fall to the side? If the central core of the building was experiencing a catastrophic integrity collapse (somehow) then there was nothing preventing that whole segment from just ripping apart?

There's nothing sophisticated about hijacking a plane, terrorists had been doing it for decades in Europe at that point.
It was all caused by
1. Air travel was designed with white culture in mind. It was only as the 21st century began nearing that it became common for the brownoids to fly on planes. This meant minimal security, and the cockpit being accessible by passengers.
2. Previous hijackings were usually to escape the law, money ransom, or ideologues wanting demands met. Protocol for airline staff and attitude with passengers was to just follow the demands of the hijackers.

There was nothing shocking about a bunch of arabs eventually using passenger Airlines as suicide missiles.
In a 1994 novel Debt of Honor Tom Clancy wrote about a passenger plane being used to crash into the capitol building and killing 90% of the three branches of government. Just with a Japanese nationalist being responsible instead of sand niggers.
It was never a question of if, but when.

So all the witnesses that saw the plane hit the Pentagon were mistaken? So what happened to the plane that they were tracking on radar as it approached the Pentagon? Did the USS enterprise open up a sub space field and teleported it away while at the same time replacing it with a missile?

I have some strong advice for anyone reading this thread that still has doubt over 9/11. Take the position that the attacks were staged and process the information. Then take the view the event was a highjacking and process the information. You will find discrepancies. Those discrepancies will likely be the result of the rightful ignorance of technical material related to construction, explosives and require a deeper understanding of physics and properties to comprehend.

Studying those fields genuinely might take 1-2 years. I.E. physics on structures, metals, fluid dynamics etc.

After really understanding them, not just to suit this specific incident, but understanding them enough to engage discussion on unrelated issues using those fundamentals, the issue you will have is that the conspiracy theories as presented aren't just are unsupported, it is that they can not not possibly be true as presented.

This isn't to suggest that it is not a conspiracy as absolute; it will however find the designation as described by various adventurous theories as "false beyond a reasonable doubt".

It is better than living with doubt 25 years after the fact.

There are so so many people who want it to be a conspiracy that have flooded the internet with known lies, falsehoods and connections that aren't actually there that it has clouded it up greatly - mostly lead by individuals who want it to be true and other governments who know how it destabilizes a populace.

It will always be "possible" that some had foreknowledge of the event, and evidence suggests that indeed some did (Saudi Arabia), and maybe some in the USA also. But the balderdash of hidden explosives, and the use of planes to destroy evidence of ongoing investigations as a rational for using planes to hit the WTC and Pentagon really just doesn't hold up at all.

I lost a brother to 9/11. He forever thereafter was anti-this and anti-that and if you didn't agree with him, you were part of the problem and an enemy. He might as well have been in WTC because thanks to him being gullible enough to buy into this shit, he withdrew from society and his own family. We haven't spoken in years.
