Having those mental disabilities doesn't automatically make one less credible per se, but advertising them in a letter that really has nothing to do with you - right off the bat - seems to be odd at best.

More importantly, though, someone writing a judge (the wrong judge btw) in a case telling the judge what to do has NO STANDING to do that.

Only someone with skin in the game, like a party to the case, has any position even requesting a judge do anything in the case. There's a way to do that. It's called a "motion." Someone who is a lawyer in the case has to do that.

Some random moron who feels triggered by the fact that things are happening in a legal case that has sweet fuck-all to do with him has no STANDING to make any requests at all, much less retarded demands.

I'd be surprised if there was a reply at all. I think the second most likely reaction after ignoring it would be for the judge to mention it to counsel and politely ask the PD to make sure Chris isn't behind it.

Yeah, it was a response to all of the Chris is Gay stuff that appeared in his ED article. While this was provoked for trolls, the picture itself was ALL his idea. There were a number of ways he could have responded and he chose to humiliate Megan by producing "She Came For CWC", posting it on ED, then revealing the identity of the 'mystery woman' (Megan) in the picture.

I'm sure no one cares, but my sibling and I are talking about going to the October date. Sib loves the entire saga, and has been reading on it. Good thing I know how to look pro in court, ha.

Will be quite easy to blend in. Sib and I have a bit of a drive there, so we're making arrangements over the weekend. I'm excited, hope others are there too.
Sib actually wants to go into law, so we wouldn't be lying if we're there to observe.

I am embarrassed to say this, but I have plans to be up and down the East Coast in the fall and I am thinking of structuring it in part so I can attend. I will be working digitally until January at least, so I figure "why not"? It's been 5 years, I might as well see what rotten watermelons and Brittney Spears smell like in person.

I think the planning should go somewhere privateish, but that's me. Then again, what's more to plan than McDonald's and court?
 
The more people on the team we're trying to put together, the better. So far, it's just me and the other past field agents. But if we could get more people who know how to behave themselves and not be total fucking weens, then this should make for a pretty epic coordinated intel gathering effort. Perhaps the biggest in Christory! (okay maybe I'm getting ahead of myself on that one, but seriously, this could be like a small Kiwicon)

Could he have filed an amicus curiae? Do cases like these even warrant them?
