NEW YORK, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s prison ordeal could be coming to an end sooner than anyone predicted. According to a newly unsealed plea deal, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York has agreed “not to prosecute the defendant for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine…. as well as additional crimes that the defendant has told the government about” in exchange for 6ix9ine’s full cooperation.

I think y'all are too pessimistic about his fate. 90% of famous rappers aren't real gangsters. All publicity is good publicity and he'll still be famous when he gets out.

Snitches are killed wherever they're found by whoever has a lot of money or their freedom to be lost.

But actually, in prison, even tho people think snitching is the worst thing in the world and people think you get killed for snitching, a lot of people in prison actually do snitch. A lot. And don’t end up killed.

They're also not famous for it.

Lots of crimes with lots of witnesses don't get prosecuted because nobody will testify. They disappear if they do. New Jersey is famous for this, particularly Atlantic City, Newark, Trenton, etc. Witnesses get knocked off all the time. There was even a lawyer who was famous for it who is now serving life, Paul Bergrin, who would give the information on important prosecution witnesses to his clients and tell them which ones would help the most if they happened not to show up for trial.

This guy is now famous for it. Anyone who killed him would also be famous. He'd be a super high priority target and that's just a fact. He'd best keep his head way down.

If he gets into Witness Protection, they're pretty good at keeping those guys alive. If you just instantly were dead the moment you snitched, absolutely nobody would. Who wouldn't snitch? Think about it, all those documentaries show that most of those mafia groups and gangs think the person will snitch anyway and wack wether they find out if they ever snitch or not. These guys will get offered a deal, instead of half a lifetime in prison to protect a bunch of people that arent really your friends and are going to wack you anyway, you snitch and get out and end up in some witness protection. Most people will snitch.

Now is 6ix9ine a quick snitch wigger who cant ever return to Brooklyn because he would rat out a good long time friend over a month in jail if they found him with a dime bag and plea deals were offered for dime bags? That i dont know. He has spent his life and career robbing people and talking about how hard he is. Now the tables are turned. He got robbed hard and it looks like his crew is planning the hit. Tough times. To be clear though I doubt the guy actually has any friends.

Depending on which prison you go to, snitches get special protection. That usually means sticking them in the same wing with the sex offenders. And for the life of me, I can’t see some John Wayne Gacy looking motherfucker looking at someone like six nine and thinking he’s anything but huggably and rapeably soft.

If I was a guard at his prison, I’d make sure every inmate knew I was giving him ham sandwiches. And I’m not talking about that bullshit spongy meat they serve at cafeterias. I’m talking about that fresh off the slicer hickory smoked ham. I’d want every set of eyes in that wing glaring at him wondering what the fuck he told me to get that sandwich.

Tekashi 6ix9ine plans to do something very un-snitch-like -- after all the snitching he just did -- and that's to reject the witness protection program as soon as he's a free man again.

The federal trial that saw the rapper sing like a canary for 3 days wraps up Thursday as prosecutors and defense attorneys give closing arguments. Tekashi pointed fingers and named names of his old gang members (and other celebs too), but sources close to him tell us he will forgo any participation in witness protection -- and will instead opt for a life of fame.

That might sound like a death wish, considering how many people he rolled over on during his testimony -- but we're told Tekashi's still itching to make new music, and believes he can pick up where he left off.

Tekashi realizes the Nine Trey Bloods could be gunning for him, and possibly others who are pissed he turned rat for the feds -- but we're told his safety plan is simply round-the-clock security. It's, essentially, the hide-in-plain-sight approach.

As for how he'll foot the bill for 24/7 bodyguards -- we're told Tekashi still has some cash left from before his arrest ... plus, he's planning on his music career taking off again, once he's out.

It won't be cheap. As we reported, Tekashi also has family members who fear for their lives -- so expenses could add up fast if he's protecting them too. We reached out to his attorney, Dawn Florio ... but she had no comment.

Tekashi testified he believes he'll be out as early as next year, which would mean the feds cut him one helluva deal. He was facing a minimum sentence of 47 years before agreeing to fully cooperate with prosecutors.

Bottom line, Tekashi isn't following in the footsteps of famed mafia snitch, Henry Hill, who survived under witness protection for just under a decade.

I wonder....does he think that this has caused him enough infamy that his sales will be through the roof once he gets out? That MIGHT work for awhile. He might actually be on to something, and be smarter than we thought. Although I wonder how long he can ride on it. He can't have security forever unless he makes a lot of money.
