NEW YORK, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s prison ordeal could be coming to an end sooner than anyone predicted. According to a newly unsealed plea deal, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York has agreed “not to prosecute the defendant for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine…. as well as additional crimes that the defendant has told the government about” in exchange for 6ix9ine’s full cooperation.

If this guy gets killed before he's let out, won't the authorities be liable for putting him at risk by releasing that? In fact does he even need to be harmed? They've basically signalled to every criminal in the US that this fucker needs shooting.

Will be fun to see if street justice finds him in federal protection because I really doubt it. Unless he ratted on a mexican cartel or federal agents, that shit is all talk. Neighborhood gangs aren't the illuminati. They're poor, borderline retar ded, and mostly kill each other and other poor people. If you plot gang murders on a map it's like all in their own neighborhood. No idiot gangbanger will have the brainpower, initiative, or courage to hunt him down in whatever midwest dump he get moved to, and they likely won't have the wits or resources to avoid the feds protecting him even if they somehow do. It is very much in the feds' interest to keep witness safe. It would jeopardize future negotiations if they can't offer a believable out for testimony. He'll receive as much extra attention as he needs.

His facial tattoos are distinctive enough and his snitching now publicized enough that it's not unreasonable that your average midwestern gangbanger could make him immediately on a glace. You just don't go around looking so visibly fucktarded, facilitating the commission of organized crime, and then snitch about it. You just don't. Two out of the three, at most.

Neighborhood gangs are capable of almost nothing but stomping around their own block and care more about posturing than some all important ethical code.
