Witness protections means he will have to give up his money, deals, and assets. Fry the tattoos off and make his face look like a burnt marshmallow. Then get shipped off to BFN indiana to shovel pig shit all day.

This isn't just some random hoodrat gangster that no one cares about outside his block. I think he is now better known and more famous as a rat then he was as a rapper. Every big name rapper in the country has made public statements about him. Snoopdog, 50cent, cardi b, etc. Those guys have tons of fans everywhere who would love to find 69 and out him.. or maybe even worse to become an instant ghetto hero.

Imagine having your career be well known as a public informant than a rapper. And rappers usually hate people that rat on their prior convictions. And on top of that, having a 69 tattooed on your face and hair that looks like wet Skittles residue. If you're going to rat somebody out, don't make yourself distinguishable in a crowd. He practically just dug his own grave hilariously.

On the plus side, if they shave his head and burn off the side of his face with all that awful shit on, no one will know who he is, at least until he does something stupid.
 
He will be moved into a white suburb probably. Black gangsters dont go into the white suburbs to shoot people to death. If someone gets shot to death in a white suburb, usually its just a white guy shooting his wife.

They will have to hide him away on something like an oil rig in the gulf or a cargoship crewed by Indians. Some place remote and where they can control and limit internet.
