My guess is that when the abscess was developing, he just ignored it and hoped it would go away.

This is the typical Chris-way so it's not surprising he actually behaved this way. (1) If there was something unpleasant going on, ignore it/ brush it off. (2) Always assumes things will go his way. The only thing he needs to do for it is to actually 'think' it'll happen.

He may have got used to pain down there, and as it couldn't really net him sympathy or money, he didn't mention it. Then the pressure in it caused it to break. He must have been in a hell of a lot of pain beforehand.

This might refer to all his e-begging videos recently where he continiously bitches about being tired and stressed out. Imo Chris' way of thinking is quite simplistic, so his thinkingprocess might be like the following way:

- Pain (from his taint) = unpleasant
- Unpleasant = stress (this comparison is quite obvious based on his past. He'll quickly slap the 'stress-label' onto everything he deems as 'unpleasant')

Conclusion: pain (from his taint) = stress

So the stress he was mentioning about in all his recent videos might refer to his agonizing taint.

Do we have any evidence of Chris ignoring pain without also being enraged?

It is common knowledge that rage/terror causes hormonal changes and alters the brain, so an angry Chris may not notice his cheek hurts from shaving it.

Also are there any possible medical explanations that would explain his pain tolerance increasing? Maybe he is getting delusional to the point where his ability to feel pain is reduced?

Is that it? No other examples?

This was intensively discussed in this thread, Chris has often shown a high pain tolerance (Sticking his dick in snow for ten minutes, stepping on lego, stuffing medaillons into his ass, etc.)
High tolerance for pain is often seen in autists, you can find plenty of infos about that.

From my point of view Chris' tolerance to pain is generally very very low. He'll even bitch on Youtube when he cuts his finger (or whatever puts him out of his comfortzone). However when he really wants/achieve something his tolerance will skyrocket to unknown lenghts (stuffing medallions, stepping on lego, un-clitting, etc. ). In this case he'll ignore/ put aside things (like pain) and focuses entirely on his cause. Basically his state of mind controls the amount of pain he can receive.

You also have to remember that autism is characterized by inconsistent sensory stimuli throughout the brain, so he might hyposensitive from the waist down and hypersensitive from the waist up. As well, Chris is completely Histrionic, so he could very well use any excuse to get attention and asspats.

Certainly! Another important factor is childbirth in old age too. This statistic may be old, but I remember hearing the chance of having a child with Down's Syndrome is one in twelve for women over the age of 40.

There are so many factors in Chris' life to pick from. It makes for good discussion.

so yeah. I think I will start up a thread, if you think you ca offer anything else to the thread, i would be more than happy to hear it.

At the very least he doesn't have "high functioning" autism. Exactly how to separate high functioning from "low functioning" autism is obviously controversial. But generally speaking profoundly autistic people have stunted linguistic and cognitive development in addition to the stereotypical social stuff. It's also common to use the amount of day-to-day support the person needs as a criterion in diagnosis.

Stunted linguistic development is most obvious. Chris didn't speak until he was seven and had to attend speech therapy for years. That itself mostly rules out a high functioning diagnosis. (Chris tries to cover it up with the babysitter narrative, and while it could be explained as a symptom of emotional disturbance or something similar I think it's unlikely. Especially given autism is a much simpler explanation for it.) Cognitive development is harder to place since we don't know his IQ and he's incredibly lazy, has never been pushed, and we mostly know him from his adult years. Also to his credit he actually did manage to get an associate's degree. But he's still demonstrated extremely low intelligence, even after he started wising up to the trolling thing. He also clearly requires adult supervision and has remarkably low executive functioning. Making it extremely unlikely he could actually support himself without any aid.

So yeah. His autism is almost certainly much more severe than Chris himself believes. Especially since he's probably basing his entire autism identity on one diagnosis he got as a kid. Autistic people also commonly have other disorders. So it's entirely possible Chris has psychological issues we don't know about. That's become especially apparent since the whole Tomgirl saga started.

Is it an associates degree or is it a certificate? The level of work/learning is very different. I was under the impression it was just a certificate.

I think Chris only complained about the cut finger for pity points. He didn't say anything about it until two weeks after it happened, and he only did it because he was depressed that no one had bought the Amiibos he had been making.

He has both an Associate in Applied Science degree and a CADD certificate.

Watch him meet a boyfriend-free girl who is actually willing to have sex with him (who isn't a hooker), but is a special snowflake with "trypophobia."

Chris isn't doing any favors with aggravating the wound.

Actually he does. He's in preparation to give us more content in the near future.
