Yes, he has Encopresis.

Given how close the wound is to his asshole, I'm not optimistic about his chances of getting through this without infection.

Nothing will happen if he gets treatment now. Knowing Chris he'll just brush it off and continue thinking it as his new womanhood. On long term the wound will be heavilly infected. Cells dying would be a very likely result. Once necrosis takes in it might spread to other areas like his testicles.

This is just a possibillity. The other one of him having abcess deep within his wound where the naked eye can't see. This might lead to his death. However the chances of it happening is very slim due to him having this wound several months ago. In this case necrosis would be more likely.

I was enjoying ya'll diagnosing Cwc's wrecked taint, and guessing how long he has to live, but now the intensity and sheer breadth of speculation has me spooked. It's like we're all autists or something.
