Come on, it's Phil - he only tattoos places that get seen. One photo in a blue moon in an attempt to scare the Farms doesn't count.

If there's one thing I love about Phil, it's that he's so easy to wind up into posting photos that prove 100% that his lies are just that. How many hours of electrolysis has it been now, Phil? Why's all the hair still there, then? Even a bear would be almost bald by now, with the amount and length of appointments he's claimed to have. It's also great how he thinks he's the only one who knows about ball tucking, not like half the population are male or anything.

I will never understand Phil’s exhibitionist streak. It’s like every so often he just thinks, “Welp, time to show m’balls!” and then comes up with some lame excuse for it.

It overrules all logic and reason. I mean, he tells all these lies relating to his genitalia, and all he has to do is not show them, like a normal person, yet he keeps doing it and proves his lies false. It’s like a compulsion or something.
