not much info yet but some kind of major police op in Germany. Rumors of a Gunman.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...tre-evacuated-after-reported-shooting-germany
attacked passengers[/URL] on a regional train in northern Bavaria on Monday, before being shot dead by police.

German officials were treating that as the first attack with a jihadi motive by an asylum seeker on German soil.

More details soon …

the guardian said:
.
  • At least six people have been killed and an unknown number injured in a shooting in Munich. Police have referred to the incident as a terror attack.
  • At 5.52pm, gunshots were fired at a McDonald’s near the Olympia shopping centre (OEZ) in the northern Moosach area of the Bavarian capital.
  • A video appears to show one of the gunman on the rooftop carpark of the shopping centre.
  • A major police operation is underway. Police have said that up to three suspects armed with rifles are being hunted. No one has been arrested so far and officials have no indication of the attackers’ whereabouts.
  • Police have said all shoppers have now left the shopping centre.
  • The German government has set up a crisis response unit.
  • Residents have been warned via Munich’s smartphone warning system to avoid public places, stay in their homes where possible and turn on the TV and radio.
  • Munich central station and underground system is closed and has been evacuated. Motorists on the motorway into Munich have been asked to clear the road for police and emergency service vehicles.
  • Hospitals throughout Munich are on emergency alert and in “catastrophe mode”.
  • Police have said they could not confirm earlier reports of one or two other shootings elsewhere in the city, including in a large square known locally as Stachus.
What we don’t know:
  • No claim of responsibility has been made and there is no indication so far of the attackers’ motives.
  • It is not yet clear how many attackers opened fire or whether the shootings, described as a “rampage” by police, amounted to a coordinated or planned attack.

So they're charging the man who kept the batshit spree murderer distracted, giving time for a heap of people- mostly kids- to escape.

The fuck?

Remember the heckler who tried to stand up to the shooter? He's got a strong possibility of facing charges for his actions.

When the charges that are being considered include "insults to the detriment to the dead", the entire country can go fuck off into a hole and die.

Calm your tits, that's a load of nonsense. That article is complete rubbish written to rile people up.
Now, in a twist of German justice, Mr Salbey is now facing charges for standing up to the killer who shot himself in the head.
This supposed "twist of german law" is the concept that you can always press charges, will always be taken seriously and then, if your charges are completely idiotic, they will be dropped. It's a milestone of modern western culture to not dismiss people pressing charges for merely disliking them.

Someone (literally some random person) sued Thomas Salbey for insulting the shooter and thus his behaviour lead to "negligent homicide", insinuating that Thomas is the reason why the shooter went on a killing spree. Which is, as noone would ever dispute, complete and a hundred percent unadulterated bullshit of the highest quality.
But Mr Weinzierl, suggested they could include “insults to the detriment of the dead.”

According to the spokesman, a court review will be completed soon.
In German, said statement from Weinzerl merely states in a matter-of-fact manner what the charges are and the comment about "the court review will be completed soon" implies that the whole thing won't hold up anyway.

And lo and behold, the very next day:

TZ said:
„Der Anzeigenerstatter geht offensichtlich fehlerhaft davon aus, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt, als das Video entstanden ist, der Amoklauf erst noch bevor stünde“, sagt Steinkraus-Koch. „Dies ist aber nicht richtig: Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte der Amokschütze bereits neun Menschen getötet.“ Und weiter: „Wir werden daher das Verfahren einstellen.“
A rough translation:
" 'The person pressing charges seems to erroneously assume that the video was taken before the shooting spree', said Streinkraus-Koch [top prosecutor]. 'However that is not correct: At that time, the shooter already had killed 9 people.' And continuing [he said] 'Therefore we will stop the proceedings.' "

Furthermore, the prosecution states that, and I quote (and crappily translate):
Denn die Staatsanwaltschaft geht davon aus, dass seine „unerschrockenen Äußerungen dazu geführt haben könnten, dass der Amokschütze aus seinem Konzept gebracht wurde und nicht mehr von den mehreren hundert Schuss Munition Gebrauch gemacht hat, die er im Rucksack zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch mit sich führte“, sagt Steinkraus-Koch.
"The prosecution thinks that the 'undaunted expressions may have put the shooter off his stride so that he didn't use the several hundred rounds of ammunition he had with him' said Steinkraus-Koch."

Pretty funny how the Blaze and Breitbart were the only ones who reported his possible arrest, but not an update for dropping the complaint...

It doesn't fit into the narrative of "Cuckropa" or whatever they call us being overrun by a pillaging, raping horde of Neanderthals while the governments clap their hands and watch their cities burn.

It's also pretty much the reason why so many people (even here on the farms) think for instance German media are avoiding calling terrorist attacks what they are when this isn't even remotely true.
