Re: the rumors of Trump and Clinton in the Epstein files. There's this hilarious AI banger:

Engels called the Anabaptists during the Reformation "proto-Communists", which means you actually can see what he was talking about because it's still a tenet of one of these groups. In the USA, the Amish are basically the ideal.
There's an important distinction to make (not to imply that you don't know). The original Anabaptist societies were short-lived reigns of terror. They were in the same revolutionary Chiliastic spirit as communism; they had no real link to authentic early Christianity. Early Christian monasiticsm was a reaction to the Edict of Milan enabling Christianity to be practiced without persecution in the empire. As standards in normal parishes relaxed, the monastics went into the deserts and elsewhere to live out the purest forms of Christianity that they could.

In other words, it was never an ideal of transforming all of society into a kind of "heaven on Earth". That's Chiliasm and a sort of worldly millenarian expectation, and that's exactly what started to creep into the West especially after the Gregorian reforms. You can see the first sparks of what would become Communism in Joachim of Fiore and Francis of Assisi—especially the former, with his "Third Age of the Holy Spirit".

PDF related. It's mainly a whole historical overview on this exact question.

Man, being rich must be so nice. Imagine having this island all to yourself and all you want to do is fuck kids. I know the reason they do it is because they get a high because they can and they think they can get away with it, but as a non-rich plebeian it still really does blow my mind all that they risk just to fuck children.

Also, who are these people? I can't tell if I am losing my mind but I feel like one of them looks like Stalin, and maybe another Hitler? The rest of them don't make sense for the theme so I don't think that's it.

The first picture is Laurel and Hardy.

Epstein wants Bannon to have his blood taken, says it's very important that Bannon is healthy in the coming months, and keeps glazing on about how important Bannon is. Epstein says that in money, medicine and law, stick to jews only. Bannon says that he's only had jew lawyers and doctors since he left the navy.
I really wonder what the whole "vampire blood" reference was referencing. What exactly was Bannon giving blood for?

Money can't buy taste. The more photos I see of Epstein's effects, the more powerful grows the impression that he was tripping all over himself to prove how sophisticated-yet-edgy he was.

This is also so cringe. "Look at me! I met the Pope and Fidel Castro and Bill Clinton! That makes me important!" He had a print of this same photo in his NYC apartment along with images of himself with a dozen other famous people. Like, he thought, "Better make sure the apartment AND the island have a photo of me with the Pope so I can impress people."

Didn’t Epstein get asked about that during a deposition, causing him to take off his mic and storm out?
You know, I'm really just getting educated about the case. I didn't realize Epstein's penis shape was already so widely known.

That Pope photo is a conversation starter, that’s for sure, along with any other famous person picture you could think of. Honestly, I’m pretty sure any average Joe would show off a picture with a famous person if they had one, or had a story to tell, even if they weren’t somebody like…Epstein.

Honestly, these pictures give me the impression that Epstein was the kind of rich person who’d buy/show off things no matter what people thought, or go through with whatever stupid thought he had in his head because…he can .

To a point I agree you, but Epstein had a whole table in his NYC apartment devoted to photos of himself with celebrities. I suppose what I find embarrassing about this is 1) the bluntness of the boasting underway -- it's one thing to slip the fact that you have met Bill Clinton into conversation when a suitable opportunity arises; it's another to go around bragging about "my good friend Bill Clinton" left and right like Epstein did, and 2) that Epstein is using these photos to say "Bill Clinton, Fidel Castro, Mohammed Bin Salman, etc. are my peers," whereas an unpretentious person would be able to talk about meeting a celebrity without pretending that it was more than that. The fact that Epstein keeps a little shrine devoted to the fact that he met these celebrities is itself proof that were are not fully peers. The whole thing seems like a monument to Epstein's pathetic desire to be perceived as impressive by everyone around him.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have released 19 new photos, part of a batch of 95,000 photos received from Epstein's estate. Browsing through them, I recognized Trump, Bill Clinton, Steve Bannon, Larry Summers, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, and Prince Andrew.

The photos are available on Dropbox here. (Archive of thumbnails)

(Edit: CNN article with photo gallery; archive)

Only posting a couple here because I'm on mobile:

What's strangest to me about a lot of these emails is the suck-uppy tone directed toward Epstein by seemingly almost everybody. Emails and statements from people like Lawrence Krauss and Noam Chomsky display this rapturous enthusiasm like you'd expect an underling to direct toward his boss when he wants a raise.
Well when you are a left wing academic (ie, a parasite) you want to be on your best behavior until you are well attached to the prey (a billionaire who want's to feel intelligent and enlightened) and can suck him dry

Why has bannon not been brought into an interrogation room? He appears to have spent the most time with the pedophile.

Is it just not loading for me? I could see dropbox having issues but I could only get a zip with 91 photos and most of them are just random scenic shots of his house??

When they said 95,000 did they mean 95?

  • There is no suggestion that these pictures imply any wrongdoing and many of those featured in them have denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein
  • Some of the images have been seen before. With others it's unclear where and when the photos were taken or who took them
  • A White House spokeswoman accuses House Democrats of "selectively releasing cherry-picked photos with random redactions to try and create a false narrative"
Even the Beeb (first thing I clicked) didn't fall for that one.
