I guess I messed up the link but Hillary goes quiet trying to recall how many people got killed so if she has an earpiece it could have been someone making sure she knew what to say, I did a Google search and I guess other people caught it and slowed it down:
I heard it when watching it on UK TV so it's not just the YouTube stream.

No I believe you heard it as did I as well watching it live, but both my family and I have worked live TV production, even if I didn't work in the audio department outside of running a cable to a truck or back, so it was something I didn't really think was that out of the ordinary but who knows what was really the cause and content of the sound? I would be surprised if it was something nefarious because I'm not seeing a bunch of fraud going on at this point to be honest.

Would it be seen as nefarious for a candidate to have an earpiece?
I mean I guess with how personal the debates seem to be it might be used against Hillary but it's not like fact checking is a crime and it's not as important as their policies.

Very. It means, depending on wht theyre getting help on, they dont truely give a shit enough to know their own platform or they are trying to seem more knowledgeable (and therefore more prepared).

The irony is that Cuck Olbermann lived in a condo at Trump Palace from 2007 until earlier this year, and listed it for about $3.8 million with loss of $400,000, a steal for the Upper East Side. Only a lolcow pundit who gets fired everywhere he goes can lose 400 grand selling his house in Manhattan.

There are generally signed agreements in place prohibiting this, so they'd effectively be cheating. Whether anyone would care is the issue, though, since it's not like they could actually be prosecuted for it or anything.
ETA: Just checked. Unlike previous debates (like Bush/Kerry), the parties in this never signed anything and any agreement they had was verbal, if it existed at all. So it wouldn't have been a violation of anything in writing to use covert signals. It might have just looked bad.

If she's hard of hearing and requires a hearing aide, no. If she's violating the rules of the debate by having a wire in her ear feeding her talking points, sure. As of now I see no reason to explain it by she's cheating, but new information would be a reason to reconsider that, sure.
Probably the same people that think Trump is lying about not grabbing women right in the pussy.
Or those who don't think live TV has audio problems sometimes that aren't the fault of somebody busy talking into a microphone while trying to make cogent persuasive points. Could be either one IMO.

I'm sitting in the Baltimore Metro. I just had a conversation with my black taxi driver about the election. He's supporting Trump. He said Hillary's corrupt as hell, and Trump's willing to speak his mind. Couldn't argue with him on either point.
