I'm going with Trump because I'd rather take a gamble with him than deal with more of the same old shit from Hillary. Also, I find Hillary to be an insufferable cunt and since she's probably gonna win I'm dreading having to listen to her for four years.

Well, I'm decided after Trump's supreme court answer. I'll be voting for Hillary. I do not want Roe v Wade repealed due to the new Supreme Court justice.

I've been on the fence, but that pretty much just sealed it.
It will be left to the states, and I'm certain places like California will not outlaw it. Abortion and other social issues are the only things libtards can bait conservatives about, which is why Trump stayed away from it.

If people vote Hillary because of women's rights, I'd like to hear from them after having their clitoris mutilated and raped by a gang of Somalis from Hillary's 550% "Syrian" refugee increase.

It shouldn't be left to the states though. States already have too much ability to fuck with this federal law already. Texas has one abortion clinic for the entire state.

It's a major issue because... it's genuinely a major issue.

Quite the opposite. The Federal government has far too much ability to interfere with the power of the states, in all cases.

Regardless, this election was over long before this debate, and Trump sank himself pretty deep in the Sea of Shit. I don't think he'll surface for years.

Uh, no, the federal government could and should the power to bring the hammer down when people's rights are being fucked with, and they have.

The federal government shouldn't even exist. It is at best a necessary evil, but really I would prefer to see the United States break up into smaller, more truly democratic, states. Neither candidate represents this interest effectively, but Johnson is the best compromise I have. Until then, I oppose most federal interference with the states on principle. If only we could have the Confederacy back.

In any case, I do not believe that people have natural rights, except the privileges which are agreed upon by their society or perhaps those guaranteed to them by organized religion, should they be a religious people.

So if they are a religious people should they be allowed to force women into burqas, throw gays off of buildings and stone women to death for being raped/showing too much ankle.

Cultural relativism is a bigger meme than Trump.

By the Confederacy I assume you mean the domestic terrorist group that believed in democracy so much that they revolted against the USA because they didn't like when their guy didn't win the election. Sherman clearly didn't go far enough, praise be unto his name.

Pretty sure Elesa meant the pre-Constitutional America under the Articles of Confederation, which had a federal government so disastrously weak that the country was virtually incapable of defending itself and states were often even in armed conflicts or closing their borders to each other over trade disputes.
