If he does pay this it will be the first tax he's ever paid, he doesn't pay anything out of his SSDI for tax, about the only thing he does get is sales tax but everyone get's hit with that one way or another.

This is one of the straws that will end up chimping the tard out, he's NEVER had this level of financial commitments for not even close (he hit his mum over $200) and he's hating this, he expected a free or nearly free ride in portland and he's found with living in a location like the flat He's now got to contribute for what he consumes and he's loathing ever minute of it.

I'd also like to point out this is poking holes in his very basic understanding of both Communism and Socialism no matter how misguided they are to begin with, as others have said he's big on the getting not even present on the giving, and it shows exactly what he is a fat grubby little consumer.

What do you think the odds are of him voluntarily returning to the streets?

I think Phil is what happens when a lennie doesn't have a george in his life to teach them not to kill cats and put them out of their misery.

About 50/50 I can see him wanting to keep the place over his head because his couch surfing was getting harder and harder to do and he very rarely spent any real time sleeping rough, but he hates paying for it and he's really attached to his stuff (all of it seriously he had a decent sized locker full of that crap in sanfran).
But I can see him in a fit of autisim saying Fuck this and waddling off for a few day's and then trying to come back or find a new place with someone who isn't TTorren.

More specifically it's a consequence of deinstitutionalization and the subsequent gutting of mental health programs in the 80's which was replaced by the idea that we should simply give the mentally ill a monthly stipend and let them tard around society instead of getting them the help they need.

The big difference between Phil's understanding of how society works and everyone else's is that he attaches an "except for me" rider to everything.

In one of the videos I have of him, he had a moment of clarity, and said that one more hard winter on the streets would probably kill him. That moment isn't one to return though.
 
This reminds me. I need to pay the art tax soon. I want to do it in pennies this time to annoy them.
 
Phil is 100% pure analchest. The only thing he knows about political ideology is that it is all about being a streetfighting badass with leather pants and boots, an AK and a gas mask, fucking people up with knives and brass knuckles. Also BDSM.

His blurred, stupid mind has probably already forgotten that, and he wouldn't remember it again until he actually was back on the streets, but this time without any morons dumb enough to put him up on a cold night.

Even if he does "volunteer" to go back on the streets. He won't admit it. He'll make a huge production out of it.
Either it's because he's trans, because of KiwiFarms, or because he wants to stick it to the man and not pay taxes.

At no point will it be because he's a useless waste of space who couldn't do even the basic of adult obligations.

Its cheaper that way. At least in the short term. If they ever end up in jail then it gets expensive real quick. Just about as much as instiutionalization

Did he actually mean that, or was it just a fishing for sympathy ploy? He's quite fond of those "I'll probably be dead soon" posts when he's particularly low on money and asspats.

Autists love to collect semiworthless baubles and scatter them around their nests to feel secure. For some people, it's books or stuffed animals... For others, it's moldy boots and horrific bondage equipment. All the Aspies I know IRL- even the ones with PHDs!- do this. It's often something they lacked in childhood, i.e. the man who grew up poor and only had a few clothes hoards garments.
