Unhinged comes in various flavours though. FTMs are absolutely less agressive and physically dangerous than the MTFs (because they're women) but many of them are just as crazy. It's interesting. British and Irish people often mock Americans for calling them "bathrooms", especially public ones, but in the US at least it was a genteel euphemism from the early 20th century. The word toilet as in "Where's the toilet?" just clangs the American ear as crass. It's like saying, "Where's the shitcan?", I'm not saying this is justified, it just is.
