You are the mod we need! Thanks all your hard work.Moved a bunch of OIC posts to the containment thread. Going to try and do that more often going forward. Report button is helpful for ones that are missed. Use judgment, however. If the post is useful (discussion of money spent with details or something interesting like that), it doesn't need to automatically be moved.
i was watching the second episode of project 7. this one joke about phil being a porn star came up and i laughed at how dumb it was. then i looked into it. why did he write the joke that way? phil says he should be a porn star and unbuckles his pants while john is bent down to his waste level. why the hell did he unbuckle his pants with john so close to him. why did he unbuckle his pants at all?
maybe he is closeted for john?
No job is going to help Phil. He needs to stop spending his money.I know this sounds crazy, but I had an idea. Do you think Phil has ever considered getting a job?
If he doesn't have a job thats bringing in 10k+ a month, he can't get the ridiculous amounts of credit limits. He might slowly be knocked in the head by life enough times to understand how to budget or get brain damage. Whichever comes firstNo job is going to help Phil. He needs to stop spending his money.
Keep in mind he freed up $5000+/mo after the bankruptcy. How the fuck do you run into money issues when you have an extra $5000 of discretionary money every month?
I only want to bring this up once because I don't like giving him the attention he wants, but I wanted to ask if you or someone higher up could give OIC the Bryan Dunn treatment and convert his socks/names into one with a proper tag, it also helps so people don't accidentally ping the other frog user.Moved a bunch of OIC posts to the containment thread. An addiction to WWE Champions helps. So please tip, pigroach is starving.Keep in mind he freed up $5000+/mo after the bankruptcy. How the fuck do you run into money issues when you have an extra $5000 of discretionary money every month?
The most entertaining thing about Phil, and also what makes him a cow (in the sense that if he had any self-awareness he could change), is that he doesn't comprehend how UNUSUAL of his ranting is. His vests, his glasses, his begging, his whining, his complaining, his constant drama about being about to starve. He's the opposite of what any sane person would find entertaining....which is why he's got 9000 pages here.Phil is entertaining.
He may be an absolute failure of a streamer, but as a lolcow he’s that trusty ol’ Bessy who really has no business producing milk at her age, but somehow still can be milked for delicious lulz on a regular basis.
He’s also the only streamer I know, where you tune in thinking you’re going to watch some gameplay...
But instead get an hour of a 40 year old man in a cowboy hat, sweating, explaining, blaming, talking about his tahxes, muh bills, condos and stuff that happened years ago, trying to wring some money out of peepul.
Phil is entertaining, but especially when he gets pissy, things don’t go his way and he goes into hardcore begathon mode.
Its interesting he keeps saying he just wants to get back to what he was making on twitch and how he was fine back when he was streaming on twitch, which completely ignores that he 1) went bankrupt while being a twitch streamer so obviously his finances weren't in order back then and 2) he was still paying the Connecticut condo/HOA back then and since that bill has dropped off, he shouldn't even need the same level of income he had back then since that money isn't needed anymore. No job is going to help Phil. He needs to stop spending his money.

Yes. Phil seriously thinks with his illustrious online content creation, gaming expertise and moderating his chatroom that he'll slide right into a upper management position.I know this sounds crazy, but I had an idea. Do you think Phil has ever considered getting a job?
Phil could stop streaming right now if he wasn’t so lazy.I know this sounds crazy, but I had an idea. Do you think Phil has ever considered getting a job?
Before the de-partering, he said Twitch didn't pay him as much money as we assessed, and then after is when he admitted that that was bullshit (though not in so many words). He says that shit because every time something happens, he always has to act like he used to be making more money. When he goes back to Twitch next month, he will talk about taking a hit to his finances, and he could really use those tips right now. The money is always getting retconned because he can't very well maintain his narrative of being perpetually broke for reasons beyond his control if he doesn't constantly do that. Its interesting he keeps saying he just wants to get back to what he was making on twitch and how he was fine back when he was streaming on twitch
I'd get that Oklahoma house. For the last time, he can't sell his house. It's only worth around $275k more than he paid for it.
$100k to pay off debts (which are nowhere near that). Say $25k for moving and fees? That leaves $150k to buy a new house. +the deposit he put down. +what he already paid off. Let's be generous and say he only comes out with $150 in cash.
Where the hell in the US can you buy a house for only $150k?

...oh, turns out pretty much everywhere. Unlike his prison, they all have gardens.
He lives in a shit house, in a shit gated community, in a shit part of a shit state because he thinks he's entitled to it. He is. Deserves all the shit his life is. Houses like his exist for people earning insane amounts of money, in crap jobs ,who need to be close to work and can't live somewhere better. I'd rather live in Wings trailer (-Wings).
Phil just wants any auto-renewed memberships that are guaranteed money. Gifted subs can turn into regular subs. Thanks for the money, dummy. While Phil does the same thing forgetting about all his subscriptions and whines about having to pay when he doesn't use them. Why wouldn't people tip that money instead of caring about gifting memberships?
To be fair, it's not that easy for Phil. If he did stop streaming and found a regular job, he would be found and harassed at least for a year or so. He's stuck in this hell he's created for himself. Money in the bank? ACK ACK ACKPhil could stop streaming right now if he wasn’t so lazy.
Sell the house, move to a cheaper state and get a minimum wage job.
He’d have enough money left from selling the Wahkando to buy a nice house in a cheap state and have a good amount of money in the bank for a little running start if it takes a while to find a job.
Doesn't matter what his rate is. His mortgage/property taxes/insurance is a very manageable $1800/moIts interesting he keeps saying he just wants to get back to what he was making on twitch and how he was fine back when he was streaming on twitch, which completely ignores that he 1) went bankrupt while being a twitch streamer so obviously his finances weren't in order back then and 2) he was still paying the Connecticut condo/HOA back then and since that bill has dropped off, he shouldn't even need the same level of income he had back then since that money isn't needed anymore.
Kind of unrelated but did we happen to get his mortgage interest rate from the bankruptcy documents? I know he was never able to refinance but I'm just trying to imagine how stupid someone must be for not being able to take advantage of the ridiculously low interest rates of the past 2 years or so. Imagine someone with over a 5% interest rate on their mortgage in the year 2021. This dude just pisses money away like a retard.
