Something-something furries something-something pedos from RSO on conventions. I am more surprised he was allowed to Everfree at all, since his previous appearance at a convention ended with him lying on the floor after security tried to take him out for groping people without their consent.
Well, yeah, but if they had blacklisted Chris in advance, it would've been a hate crime against an autistic transwoman struggling against the might of the Internet and an ununderstanding world that he's just trying to eliminate transphobia in through applying social justice gropings. Banning him pre-emptively would make the conference staff worse than a Hitler! And you don't want to be a Hitler, do you?

Or somesuch horseshit, anyway. To me it seems obvious to not let handsy tardspergs with a history of inappropriate sexual behavior into your conference, but then again I'm not a woke fgt.

The current charge will probably see him put away for 18 months. Longer if he's hit with multiple charges of incest or gets a full rape charge. (Rape could see 10+ and 25-30 with the way VA does compounding charges.)

Either way he's not going back to the Ruckersville house. The bank will forclose and it will be auctioned off as is once the hoard has been removed.

IMO the most likely possibilities in no order:

1) He is released and attempts to couch surf with family. (Immensely unlikely as his family rescinded their offer to couch surf when this all started when they found out about Barb.)

2) He lives off the small one time stipend released priosoners with no home get and lives out of a cheap motel until he can file to get his tugboat bucks back. From here he's either in section 8 housing or a trailer park. Much will depend on if he's required to register as a sex offender.

3) He's committed to some sort of group home. (Honestly the best case scenario for everyone at this point.)

4) Some ween let's him move into their home and live out of an extra bedroom. He'll only have so long before he starts hoarding again. However with rules set, some insane ween might think getting 500-600 a month in rent for an unused bedroom would be worth it.

5) If he somehow keeps his car then he could try and sleep out of it. However, most abandoned cars get auctioned off after about 21 days. This will also mean he'll be totally dependent on public transportation and the bus system.

6) He actually goes full homeless and lives in a tent or under a bridge. Collecting his tugboat check from a PO box or having it direct deposited. This would be worst case and he'd likely die. Chris wouldn't have the survival skills to live off grid for any major length of time.

Over and over again, Chris has believed that apologizing and blaming his autism should cancel out anything wrong he did. If an apology doesn't accomplish that, he gets angry and spiteful. There is no way that parole is going to go smoothly for him. He won't follow the rules. He'll insist that he's suffered enough and should be able to go back to doing whatever he wants without restriction. I seriously doubt that the government is going to pay for a tard wrangler or group home to keep him on the straight and narrow. That means chronic non-compliance for the rest of his life. I'm sure there are a lot of other people like that. The system must be able to deal with it, even if Chris is unable to deal with the reality of his situation.

What if Chris comes out reformed, jacked and opens a prison themed youtube channel

I wonder if Chris will completely lose his disability status if he gets a felony and has to reapply for his SSDI? His entire "disability" lifestyle is based around that, all the way down to his parking pass. If the correction's doctors evaluate him and rule him to be relatively sane, with no or limited restrictions, it might make it impossible for him to get his tardbux back, especially after his father seemingly pulled a strings.

Everybody keeps saying he's going to prison, and sure he broke the law and all that but do they send the mentally ill to prison?

It's just that Chris has some rather... colorful ideas. I mean the merge, Sonichu, him being married to Magi-chan, him having telekinesis, he's a literal goddess and all that. I'm sure that if this goes to trial as it most probably will one side or the other will push for him being sent to a loony bin. Chris might even try to play that angle up because as Hollywood has told us it's better to go to the funny farm than prison.

And yet that would be the bad ending for him because while you go to prison and have the chance to be paroled and actually get out, it's much much much harder to get out of an asylum. If he does go he's going to die in there. And they're not going to stand for any of his shit.

Even if he somehow found the motivation to promptly reapply after his release, there’s no way he’ll secure all the sweetheart deals Bob got him initially. Plus, will he even have access to all his former records, paperwork and info? How much of the important documents inside 14 BLC will he get back after X amount of years inside? I tell ya, going to prison is never a great option (obviously), but chris REALLY pounded his meager life flatter than hammered cow shit with this one.

I really am sick of explaining this. You can be 100% honest-to-God mentally ill and still get sent to prison if the jury is sufficiently outraged by your crime. After all, it's one thing if a murder suspect is acquitted due to lack of evidence, but to have someone go free after shooting someone because they were convinced that the victim was an alien spy from the planet Butterfuck is a slap in the face to most people.

I’m 200% positive this is the way the media will try to spin it. If and when Chris gets attention from them, because he’s not exactly the tranny inspiration they seek out.

My suspicion is that the media won't touch him simply by virtue of the fact that this is an incest case. For the 99.5% of the population who aren't troons, there's nothing there for them to sympathize with, and trying to get an audience to be sympathetic towards incestuous behavior is a sure way to lose viewers.

And history when he was in PVCC doesn’t help neither with the attraction signs and drawing hideous porn of his friends and Mary Lee Walsh

Well, NGRI doesn't mean that you go free either. But given that institutions for criminally insane individuals are scarce, especially in the US, the bar is set way too high for Chris.

I have worked in one and while I _did_ see an autistic kid wind up there, he was way, way more low functioning in practical matters than Chris was. To the point of not being able to follow instructions for stuff like baking properly despite being handheld by another person the entire way.

Chris's issues are obvious but they're not that severe. Not to mention NGRI (at least where I live) means it has to be proven that you were suffering from the severe mental disturbance both during the time of your crime, directly influencing your actions, and during the trial. Chris can't go down that road.

Yes, IRC he even refused to eat jail food and overall didn't like to talk about that experience.
You gotta bet he's lost quite a bit of weight already.

It'll be interesting to see the changes in this next month if we actually get any pictures.
