I doubt the house has been secured all that much. Theoretically if one picked a quiet time to sneak in, made a beeline for chris' room and grabbed the original comic binders, they'd come out with a $xxk investment for 5 years down the line after chris is murdered in prison. The place is going to be destroyed by kids or the bank anyway, Chris probably isn't going back there, at least for a long time

It’s still retarded. It’s trespassing, breaking and entering and burglary. Even if it’s just toys and scribbles. The risk vs reward is worse then breaking into a home with actual valuables.

Great idea. You go first. I’ll stand watch outside and hoot like an owl if I see someone. I’m sure it will all turn out fine.

Also for any would-be garbage raiders: 14 blc is in a very secluded neighborhood, located on a culdesac off of a another culdesac off of a dead end circular road, of which there’s only one way in or out by vehicle making in incredibly easy to police.

Id say you could cut across the acres and acres of nearby woods and fields to get there, but Chris fans don’t strike me as the cross country endurance types.

Im guessing they're waiting for the cops to leave for good. Would the neighbors even care if someone broke in?

They would, it’s a fairly nice suburban neighborhood, aside from the glaring exception of Chris’s house. If they don’t actively deter every idiot from hanging around there, it’ll be a constant shit show. Somebody will break all the windows, graffiti it, start a fire eventually.. they don’t want that. They want that shit sold and improved ASAP. They’ve waited 20+ years for the the chandlers to be gone.

Why do people think art theft and fencing is easy? It is illegal to receive stolen property so not many people would buy it and I doubt you will have some Russian oligarch who’s willing to pay btc to have an original sonichu and rosechu sex scene kept in his secret vault.

Barb may just sell everything in his room but I think she knows that some of his work may be worth something.

I'm actually genuinely surprised that some ween hasn't driven past 14BC to see if anyone seems to be home. I know that some weens live in the area, and it's 100% legal to do this. Nobody needs to set foot on the property, just look for lights being on, a car in the driveway, newspapers piling up, etc. It would tell us a lot if Barb was there or if it's still vacant.

Just gonna throw something out there in case anyone is thinking of doing this: don't.

If you're caught by the cops, you could - in addition to any burglary- or trespass-related charges - potentially be charged with evidence tampering. That's a big-boy charge, and could send you to State PMITA prison.

Even if you're not caught by the cops, let's take a look at the practicalities of what it would take to access 14BC. It's located about half a mile off of State Route 606, and there are only two roads that enter and exit the subdivision. Both of them intersect with State Route 606 about 200 yds. apart. You have no good way out.

Branchland court itself is a cul-de-sac, so if you park on it you're risking being blocked in. Parking on the street outside of Branchland Court will put you in direct line-of-sight of at least five houses, and the neighbors will absolutely notice an out-of-place car. If you've never lived in a rural or semi-rural area, it's difficult to describe how much these things stand out to the locals.

Thinking of walking in? That's an even more idiotic idea. Pretty much everyone in the area has dogs, so the chances of them alerting to your presence is high. Also, I'm willing to bet that this is an area with a high percentage of firearm owners who have no compunctions about using them. It's also not the sort of place where 911 is called in advance of a problem happening, so you may well be leaving in a coroner's ambulance rather than a cop car.

Apart from all of the other reasons to not be a w33n, these should discourage anyone from even thinking of it. But, hey, if you want to roll the dice with natural selection, it sounds like a great idea!

Given Barb’s mental state, I don’t think she really knows much of anything. She’s not coherent enough to decide what to keep and what to trash. Chris would be the next of kin, but he’s not in any position to make those decisions either. Cole would be next but he wants nothing to do with any of their drama. Barb has brothers or sisters who might have to make those decisions, but if they won’t or can’t, it comes down to some lawyer from the bank or the state or the sheriff or something like that. I don’t know how many of those people would care about Chris or would know that any of his junk has value as Christorical artifacts.

A kiwi needs to buy it and turn it into the Chris Museum.

Picture it. You can stand on the very spot that Chris stood and recreate his most famous videos for a modest fee. Ten bucks and you too can record a future message for dudes of all teenages, as well as the gals. Play the role of an anonymous internet observer while actors bring some of the moments we all cherish and remember into the modern day, such as the Clyde Cash calls and Chris's battle with the infamous Liquid Chris. A caricaturist will put your likeness onto any number of Chris masterpieces, including Mary Wants It and She Came For CWC (with you and a friend's face on Chris and Megan's bodies).

A variety of foods will be served, of course, including McDonald's, Country Cookin', and plenty of refreshing Fanta-based beverages.

Be sure to check out the backyard where various outdoor activities will be set up, from Michael Snyder's Hit And Run to Mace the Gamestop Employee (escape the maze before the jerkops catch you and win a prize!). Kids will love making their own Sonichu medallion out of Crayola fuckin' model magic and acrylic paint while the genuine Leonard Bearstein Symphony Orchestra plays music the whole family can enjoy.

This post started out as a joke but I would totally go to this.
Can I be your co-founder and co-operator?

Should be Troonichu Models, Inc. How else will people know just how beautiful Chris is.

More than anything, homeowners care about their property values.

Dennis, can you imagine that we had a mother raping transvestite living down the street, and you said, 'Just leave it alone, he's retarded'."

Husband: "What do you care? You're about 50 years too young for him."

None of Chris's neighbors are going to lift a finger if they see a van outside his house and people loading shit into it. Chris going away, out of that neighborhood, is a dream for his neighbors. I'm sure if you knocked on Chris's closest neighbors, they would probably offer to help. But no, no neighbor is going to come out of their house with a shotgun and protect the tard hoard.
