1. FOIA is American, Canada has the Access to Information Act.
2. It only applies to gov. files. You cannot demand access to private citizen's information with it.
3. PetSmart customers and employees have a right to privacy, they would not make a copy for you as a private citizen to pass along to police. For all they know you're stalking a customer and/or employee.
4. Call or visit the store itself. Twitter is mostly for entertainment and advertising, not for loudly announcing criminal investigations.
5. If petsmart got involved and you got hurt, or if you hurt someone else, they could be considered partially responsible and be sued. They would not risk that.

Oh I'm sure that's salon work. They just (deliberately) did the shittiest job they could manage -- while smiling and assuring him he was a very pretty girl with those "beautiful" nails -- because he undoubtedly treated them like shit from the moment he walked in preening like the faggot he is.

If nail salons up there are anything like they are in the US, it was likely staffed by Asian women (this must have really burned him up inside) who spent his entire visit talking about him in their native tongue nonstop and said worse things (and called him fouler names) than we've ever come up with.

Apparently he went to this minority owned medical clinic with Miriam and the "Service Dog". Complete with fake doggie vest. In the waiting room the dog had a meltdown barking pulling etc. So they were asked to leave. Yaniv said it was a service dog. The clinic said bullshit and had them tossed. So John called 911. The responding cops took one look and politely told Yaniv to fuck off. This entire scene was apparently a full blown Yaniv meltdown.

People aren't falling for Johnny's bullshit.

And so close on the heels of the BBC documentary about illness faking...this is going to rile up the disability crowd much more than previous game-playing. The only way this could have gone better was if he'd acquired a service pibble.
 
Yeah. I'm a fag and probably a nigger too. but I am MATI. Having trained or handled over 60 doggo's in AKC sanctioned Conformation Shows, my heart bleeds for the poor choco lab. Labs, though not my breed, are one of the natural "people pleaser" breeds. If treated well, they are some of the most loving, forgiving, energetic and trainable breeds. They are also pretty sensitive. It doesn't take too much to break their spirit. Also, from the photos of this pup, it is not an animal that would be suited for Conformation Shows, it does not display Conformation standards for a Labrador. It may be a fine pupper, it just does not appear to be of a certain quality. I wonder if it is UKC or AKC papered. I am not a dog snob, but I just wonder at any breeder who would choose to sell a dog to Yaniv. Is the pup a shelter rescue?

If this report on the dogs behaviour is accurate, it suggests a pup who is severely lacking in the proper training in socialization. All dogs need to be socialized and acclimatized to many different people and animals, situations, smells, sounds, on and off leash, so the handler can be assured to always have the animal under control and for the animal to have an enjoyable and rewarding outing.
I would take this pup from Yaniv in a heartbeat, and try to undo whatever damage has already been done. :(

I'm betting he bought it from one of those horrid puppy mill mall stores. And of course its not being trained or socialized. It's with the Yaniv's. It's a miracle if its being fed. (Well asside from the bits of rotting clitorus it finds on the floor.)

I really hope the clinic reports this as a fake service animal.
 
One thing I'll say for Yaniv: he's a good palate cleanser after reading the latest tragic updates on the chess club zoomers. JY has no moral ambiguity. He's repulsive to the core and refreshingly hateable.

He's going to harass a few more hospital staff and first responders with this poor puppy, but once he finds out he can't make money off of it there's going to be a puppy sized corpse buried beneath a pile of tampons and adult diapers.

I don't know shit about training dogs, but I do know Yaniv is manifestly unfit to teach it anything other than retrieving the necrot-clit

It sets precedence.
& the police report will also document jon claiming it to be a service Dog. Are reports like that available to the public? Many towns have police blotter pages that list the calls & results. It would be interesting reading.
