When you file a law suit against someone, you have begun the process of suing them. The point where it is heard in court is called "litigation". So JJYS has, indeed, been suing people, but (to my knowledge) none have proceeded to litigation.

Litigation means having a matter in court. As soon as someone files something, no matter how dumb it is, that is litigation.

It’s technically “before the court“ as soon as dumbass puts it in via the registry.

I'd like to reply but am too busy atm informing Twitter that I am asking 10 shops I visited today for their CCTV footage as I am criminally charging each and every one of those pesky shoppers for seeing me.

Oh and the old dear who smiled at me on public transport better batten down her hatch as she's top of my list.

Has he done them himself or had them done at a cheap mall nail salon? Either way, they look shocking. I doubt nail techs would have either fake nails or acrylic forms to match the size of his oversized man claws.

I half expect them to have been done at a salon because receiving a 'gender-affirming care' service is part of his whole schtick. If they were, I'd be asking for a refund, because they look ridiculous.

Honestly, I thought the nails resembled the time I was drunk in Chicago on St Paddy's Day, wandered into a Walgreens, and thought it would be a great idea to try to do press on nails while waiting in line to get into another bar. Except my $10 nails fit my fingers/nail plate. I don't know shit about nails other than mine fell off within a few hours and still looked better.

Whoever did them must have eyes as wonky as his, the RH one looks off-kilter. Plus I've never seen falsies so ill-fitting, so perhaps the salon did have problems finding a big enough size.
