It's a central belief of Trump and sincere Trump supporters that other countries are all complete pansies who will turn and run if the American president shouts at them enough, and the only reason they aren't constantly cowering in fear is that the recent crop of Presidents are incredibly idiotic and effeminate. Trump thinks all he has to do is sit in the Oval Office and talk shit about Russia and Mexico and they will immediately abdicate their interests to America's whim.

As much as I lack any respect for Trump's intellect, I don't think he's actually that stupid. He just knows pretending to be like that plays well to his moronic followers. Trump is 100% kayfabe. He would make a terrible President, but frankly, I maintain the belief that he doesn't even really want to be President.

Well, I don't presume to know what goes on in Trump's head. But this thread is about Trump the political candidate, not Trump the man. Regardless of whether he actually believes this (and for the record I agree he probably doesn't) this is who Trump the candidate is, and it's what people are saying they'll vote for.

I don't know about Trump the billionaire, but I think it is hard to deny that Trump is running for office. His goals may be something other than to achieve office, but his candidacy is a political phenomenon with a political effect. Trump the individual is, somewhat paradoxically, not super relevant to those effects.

My prediction if trump is elected:

America will become a TV show called Patriot Smackdown! It'll basically be Mortal Kombat with trump as Shao Kahn and poor people/Mexicans as the combatants.

The winner gets a current xbox/playstation
