What else would they make? They have an unsustainable business-model driven by collectors, who only really need one of every pop. You can't sell old ones to collectors if they already have them, so you need to reach into an ever drier well of IPs and concepts to make vinyl figurines from.

It's a bizarre model of postmodern consumerism destined for collapse.
Funko pop cinematic universe? Put funko pops on things as an ironic symbol?
This is Gary 'Nerdrotic' Beuchlers youtube room.

I'm sorry to break it to you guys, but whatever his other flaws are like being part of the Fandom Menace, he's long-time married, with kids. I think a lot of that collection might have come from the second-hand bin at the comic shop he used to own, too. Consoomerism, with caveats.

IIRC he moved all that from Commiefornia to, Nevada, was it? A few months ago. He took all that stuff down and stuck it all up on the new walls, one by one.
Actually youtubers usually set up those things as studio rooms. Like LGRs stuff is in a warehouse. I wonder how much of those can be written down as business expense..

After doing some slight digging around because I saw a Funko pop of the fruity pebbles cereal box I uncovered that Funko is doing an entire line of food mascots or just the food itself with the signature soulless stare

It really feels like Funko is just throwing random shit at the wall since there's probably enough OCD collectors out there to buy all of these
I used to work at a store that sold Funko Pops a few years back and there were Pop figures of dog and cat breeds. Not animal characters, just random dog and cat breeds.

Already here, I'm afraid:

This unironically fills me with dread. I am not exaggerating for funnies when I say those photos make me genuinely uncomfortable and I would not feel safe there.
The hordes of dr. who figures impaled to the wall add an incredibly menacing aura I cannot fucking describe lmao.

It’s a man-child shrine. If any part of your house looks like that then your parents failed.
It's not any worse than the average mancave where the guy fills it with memorabilia from their favorite sports team. It's neat, organized, and not excessive unlike the other examples in that picture or this thread.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=XGVEG-QtL-wMaxmoefoe is a great example of the endgame consoomer
It's pretty impressing that he have spent like half a million or so on this shit, but not taking the time to organise it all. At least set the big prototype on a pedestal, not laying on the floor like trash.

But it's funny that he have a collection most funkotards could ever dream of, but he doen't even like it.

It's a pretty big difference in this and his appearance on Cold Ones, where he's this edgy kid and taste testing alcohol in the latest video. I don't see anyone mention his retarded past, it seems a bit odd.

This was the most disturbing picture, in my humble opinion. He's a soy wojak come to life. Why does he need his wife's permission to buy a toy? Does this man child not have a job and needs to ask his wifey for allowance money? This is what a castrated male looks like.

He had to beg his wife for 2 years to buy something that costs under $200.

I don't collect or build legos, but I've seen enough speds complain about set prices online to know that your guestimate of $200 was grossly undervalue. I think knowing the price sheds light on why he had to ask his wife about it, $800 isn't breaking the bank for most people factor in kids, a mortgage, and other expenses though and spending $800 on a pile of plastic becomes even more absurd than it already was.

What the fuck. Legos really cost a lot now. You could buy furniture for a whole room for that much money, or pay a month of rent in a big city.

Hell, to put this in more perspective a round trip ticket to Hawaii is cheaper than this lego set.
