It's a toss-up - while testosterone does irreversible damage to the body for FtMs relatively fast, most at least don't go for bottom surgery and I guess you can get breast implants to reconstruct the breasts, even if it's not the same. Once you've done the chop as a MtF it's done. There's no going back. You effectively have mutilated genitals.

So, I'd say maybe on a social level it's worse for FtMs (which is ironic, since women are more conscious about social interaction), but on a sexual/romantic level it's worse for the MtFs once they go all the way (again... ironic).

ftm get a lot more benefit of the doubt due to being harmless.

but physically i think ftm is way worse because the irreversible damage from hormones is much more brutal in them.

for an mtf, detransitioning is pretty easy - have the titty implants taken out, take off the wig, dress normally, and he immediately passes as a man again. a slightly ugly man probably, but will still be gendered correctly by everybody. at worst he'll be left with man boobs (gynaecomastia from estrogen pills) but plenty of regular fat dudes have these as well so people will still correctly gender him as a man.
and if he didn't have them removed, then his dick and balls will start working normally again after he's off hormone pills for a while. might need some TRT but he'll go back to being a fully functional man eventually.

for an ftm on the other hand detransitioning is difficult. stopping the testosterone injections won't make the pube beard go away, and it won't make her voice go back to normal high pitch woman voice either. also, all the testosterone can leave her permanently infertile, even if she didn't have any surgeries.

I really have no time for the majority of trans people socially. FtMs are annoying and refuse to let you have a good time and MtFs are aggressive and downright unpleasant.

You can just buy shampoo with ketoconazole in it over the counter, which would clear it up very quickly.

This is just sad. Raped multiple times, including as a child, and her doctors never stopped to wonder why she wanted her breast chopped off? Also the way she claims to be happy with the results but looks on the verge of tears in every picture.

This is why I always have a bit more sympathy for female troons than I do for male troons. It seems like a majority of them are trooning out because they were sexually abused. It reminds me of addiction stories: so many female addicts turned to drugs cause their uncles or their classmates or someone raped them as children, while with male addicts some seem to just get into drugs for no reason at all.

I genuinely kind of feel bad for FTMs a lot of the time because so many of them were molested and abused as kids and many equate masculinity with strength. I have zero sympathy for MTF troons because they’re usually unabashed coomers and fetishists.

I’ve noticed that every time FTM trannies and enbies pull some stupid shit it always ends up getting blamed on MTFs. The “birthing parent” shit for instance was being pushed by female enbies who felt uwu dysphoric over being called a mother (bitch, what? Giving birth is quite possibly the most feminine thing you can do) and GCs immediately started saying that the heckin’ timmerinos are erasing women again when in reality, it was WOMEN erasing themselves. Then again, MTFs are almost always psychotic Silence Of The Lambs tier freaks so I don’t really care

I think that is largely because MtFs tend to be the most visible and the most shrill and gross. I am sure that dynamic will start to change as FtMs become a larger proportion of the tranny pop.
