Recently, YouTuber graysons projects (yes, all lowercase, no apostrophe) announced she was detransitioning.

Her story checks every classic detrans box: tomboyish childhood, difficult puberty, anxiety, body insecurities, deep dive into social media, warm landing in the hugbox of the trans community. She came out as FTM at 14-15 and stuck to it for 6-7 years. Went on testosterone — she doesn't say when — but stopped short of surgery. Then she got shut indoors:
So I was isolated, and classes had been postponed, and I was just like in that room doing nothing because I had also quit my job because of COVID. Um, and I was just like alone to my thoughts, and so it made me question the legitimacy of my gender, I guess? And that kind of sounds bad, maybe it is, I don't know, but for context I haven't really had an issue with my body in the sense of wanting the female parts to be removed. I was just in general insecure. I think — I think I had more social dysphoria than actual gender dysphoria. Like I would never wear tight clothes because I didn't want anyone to know that I had boobs even if I wasn't particularly uncomfortable with having them when I was just by myself. And it was kind of the same with my voice. At the time I thought I really did want a deeper voice, but also I wanted it more so people would perceive me as male. I don't know if that makes sense, it doesn't even really make like complete sense to me, but I'm also just talking about like my experience and emotions, so I don't think that this needs to be an entirely logical analysis of myself. I'm not really sure at what point it went from I'm a male but I'm mostly comfortable with my female anatomy to maybe I'm not a male.
I'm comfortable with my female anatomy, so time to shoot it up with T! Naturally. Galaxy brain. Wearing baggy clothes as a woman? The option does not compute.

Anyway, that's all bland vanilla stuff, just totally cool and normal these days to dabble in schedule III controlled substances at the tender age of too fucking young to stop yourself from changing your body forever despite feeling fine about it overall. The real juice is in the comments. Tons of girls sharing similar stories, saying they were afraid of backlash because the trans community is so cold to detransitioners. Affirming their undying devotion to the trans gods while hesitantly suggesting that being a teenage girl might be hard, and some hard things might not be dysphoria.

And then there's the wack shit.

It wasn't a phase, Mom, I'm genderfluid:

Most of the comments are supportive of Grayson. She pays the tributes, says she's speaking only for herself, slams the big bad TERFs and Blaire White and Kalvin Garrah for weaponizing detransitioners because god forbid they push people to learn from her experience. Everyone's still valid! Warm and fuzzy genuflections all around. That should satisfy her viewers, but — what do you expect? — it wasn't enough for some:

She tries so hard to say it's all okay. It's okay that she jumped on cross-sex hormones for a trend. It's okay that her doctor prescribed them without digging for the root of her distress. It's okay that a horde of kids came together online to tell her that any bad feeling in the body makes you trans forever and always. Forget forever and always! Gender is a journey, y'all. So her path is longer than the others. So what? A little wandering, cult-joining, drugs, whatever — who cares — it's good for the spirit.

Okay, yeah, troons are whiny, but in this case I do feel sympathetic to some degree. Doctors lie to them about how painful it’s going to be. An hour of lying there making sure your open wound doesn’t close up is going to hurt a lot more than a retainer.
I don’t feel sorry for them. They want womanhood and a vagina? Well, even putting aside things like fistula mentioned in another post there‘s endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts that can burst and kill you, extremely heavy and painful periods, a ton of horrible shit that goes with menopause…
Fuck em.

Notice how, when isolated from other troons or troon friendly ""allies"", these kind of people slowly start to realize that they fucked up and try to detransition.

Wow. It's sad that she was scared to talk about it because she thought her story was going to be "weaponized." It just seems like she was putting other people way ahead of herself and felt she needed to make the video to ward off people attacking her.

I have noticed a lot of destransitioners use the "it's all a journey" language, and while I get that it's frustrating, since trans ideology is so extreme that it needs calling out, I also think it's a pretty healthy attitude. You cannot change the mistakes you've made, so you can at least appreciate where you are and try to get on with life. And their positive outlook is a huge contrast to trans commenters getting mad at them for it, so that's always fun.

I'd never heard the phrase "social dysphoria," but it really needs to catch on.

This loser wants to be a woman for no other reason than because he isn't attractive to women. Apparently being short with a small dick makes you "basically already close to being a woman." So he's admitting that "woman" is just a default category for everything that isn't "Alpha male". And if he isn't allowed to become a woman? You guessed it, he'll kill himself

I wonder if this man got himself checked for hormonal deficiencies or Klinefelter syndrome before he decided he was a woman? On the other hand that could be more difficult to do than to just take estrogen, given the current medical system.
I read this and started thinking about how his wife must feel about this 'teehee females hate spiders!' attitude. And then I came up with an idea.

I think the wives of late-transitioning AGPs like this should react in kind and declare themselves transgender as well. But not like those trans couples where they are just maintaining the same sad gender roles underneath all the surgery. Instead, the wives should aim to become the exact same type of self-absorbed mid-life-crisis narcissist, only in reverse. Instead of a new 'female' personality that reveals a pattern of misogynistic stereotypes, adopt a new 'male' personality based on all the worst stereotypes about men they can imagine. Stop doing any housework: 'haha, us men don't notice that shit, you take care of it babe'. Trim their pubes and leave the hair all over the bathroom floor. Burp and fart loudly in front of their partner and then comment 'wow, I'm being so manly! Feels amazing!' Get themselves off during sex and then roll over and fall asleep. Stop wiping their ass. Whenever their AGP partner brings it up, fly into a rage and scream that he is triggering their dysphoria.

I realize none of this would work because the wives generally are not narcissists and have adult commitments they actually respect (unlike their husbands) but the idea is amusing to me and I wish it would happen.

The bestest Troon on the planet, Amy Petrelli is explaining why no “strangers” are allowed to sit by him even when social distancing is over. It’s all on account of his self diagnosed “autism” and he has to carry a big bag with all his spakka stuff.

Why would anyone sane want to sit next to an unhygienic, insane nonce?

Not so much a social media post, but a link found via social media.
Another sad ugly dude who considers womanhood to be a consolation prize, because when you think you’re crap at being a man, obviously you’re a woman!

Holy shit, where to start…?

There’s a video! Lots of self pity in a terrible outfit.

In the article he says "sometimes... you wouldn't even know we are trans.." Dude your feet are the size of small boats. You look like someone has added prosthetics to your face so you can play a deranged serial killer in a b grade horror movie

Dude is just majorly depressed and de-socialized.

"All i ever wanted was to be a big tall guys that girls get wet just by looking at him"
And since that failed i guess being a woman is more achievable?

Talk about realistic expectations.

That """article""" is a trip.

We are conditioned to believe that there are two genders and they are so different from each other that they opposites - the opposite sex.
Is everyone involved in the genderspecial community and the media just supremely autistic? Is that it? Because this interpretation seems like something only a true autist who can only see things in binaries would come up with.

probably yes
generally two people being opposite sex doesn't mean they are complete polar opposites in every way, but a complete autist might well perceive it that way

I loved the bit in the video with him and the reporter walking together. The physical contrast is hilarious, this guy doesn’t stand a cats chance in hell of ever passing.
I‘m familiar with Bristol, it likes to paint itself as some sort of West Country version of Brighton, but it’s packed with stabby chavs, strung out Spice heads, conservative Muslims, and gormless wannabe gangstas.

I feel like some farmers sent some love..also the response to this has some O.o moments as well

No weird, no pressure, just supported her, many cis parents would have crumbled and damaged their children.
its so funny how they always find a way to make themselves seem superior to actual women, they cant just leave it at "oh i just supported her" they have to throw in that last line

That’s one of my favorite troon copes. I love when they whip out the “who knows, maybe the lady you have a crush on is trans and you don’t know it” like it’s hard to clock troons when you see them. Even the troons that can “pass” give themselves away with their voices or bone structure.

you just have to take one glance at the hands and you can instantly tell, no surgery to remove those manhands yet but im sure theyll demand hand transplants from women soon enough

to be fair, they all live exclusively online, so their idea of a crush is wanking over someones instagram lewds. in that setting, it's theoretically possible to fool people into not clocking a tranny by using well angled pictures with a bit of photoshop aid.

it completely falls apart IRL though. the man voice alone is enough to give it away immediately. even their 'voice training' just gives them a funny sounding nasal voice, still 100% male sounding though

If you learned Pepe Le Pew's language in highschool there's a recent hashtag that drags all the gender specials to the yard: "me i don't pass":

Mostly young women who are complaining about not being correctly gendered as "men" or "no-binary" while they color there hair bright pink, wear dresseS and paint sparkly butterFlies on their eyelids, but also a couple nerdy young nb men and one or two MtF.
