My guess is that she got into him because of the whole "Steamed Hams" meme that was popular back in 2018. Then, she probably watched the show and got even more obsessed with him that way.

Skinner's wet himself a couple of times on the show. I can't remember the names of the episodes but I remember it happening. His mother's definitely mentioned urine and needing the toilet when talking about him too.

I wonder if she'd still be so obcessed if Skinner had stayed like he was in the early seasons: a grown man whose mother still treats him like a child and who is bullied by a kid, but who still had a spine and could impose fear when need be. Even the tone of his voice changed, it used to be a bit more pompous and commanding, sort of drill sargeant like at times, now he just sounds old and whiney.

I dunno anything about those bladder problems. I do remember vaguely a scene where he and Agne's walk into Moe's bar and she tells everyone Skinner's bladder is full and he needs to use the bathroom, but I dont know the episode.

She's depicted her adult self as skinny, but it shouldn't surprise you if you'll see she's quite on the large side IRL otherwise. Not really anything new when an artist depicts themselves in their self-insert fiction in a flattering light.
