I agree on the reset button part, but The Simpsons and SpongeBob SquarePants are two very different shows.

Simple: Skinner is a prime example of sissification - he's a grown ass man but his mom still treats him like he's a toddler. He has bladder problems and is bullied by a kid far, far younger than he is.
