Talked to a lawyer I know about this, he actually thinks if Boogie plays his cards right, he might be able to get away with a misdemeanor 1 assault plea deal, or perhaps aggravated menacing (brandishing a gun is pretty much the definition of menacing) ; in these kinds of cases, they don't usually go for the jugular unless they are convinced this is going to be an ongoing problem. Boogie only has a 30+ year old DUI on his record and nothing else, he's pushing 50 as well. But part of that depends on the skill of the lawyer (seems to be in doubt) and boogie himself, given this thread it's obviously Boogie won't shut up about it and will just dig himself a deeper hole.

However, boogie actually firing a 'warning shot' (this isn't a movie boogie) is what throws it all into doubt, and why we both predict it will be what the thrust of the thread is saying; token felony conviction, short jail sentence (10-30 days), 2 years probation, a couple hundred hours of community service.

if he takes any kind of plea boogie himself will be admitting his actions were criminal so as you has consistently said he did nothing wrong and in fact tries to portray himself as a victim i would be very surprised if he took a plea and admits he was guilty of a crime,

I think it's possible. Boogie being the fat estrogen filled bitch that he is probably wanted to humiliate frank. What better way than legally. So the lawyer takes advantage of Boogie and Boogie ends up paying for something that this lawyer probably know's is fruitless. Meanwhile fatty is in a shitload of trouble; making all kinds of retard statements on social media; and acting care free. Now that he is in deepshit can he let go of this lawyer? Probably not. Thus this guy makes more money of Boogie. This is all speculation as I haven't looked into the lawyer's rep.

Besides Boogie has all that money in crypto, so fatty should be okay.

Boogie left the state around the same time as the warrant for his arrest was posted. Does bail prevent him from leaving the state? If so, it would put a damper on his travel vlogs.

I feel like there's one other very important detail left out, that the gun fired was not his. The owner of the gun can also be in hot water if no permission was given and he did not secure the firearm in a way where booger's meaty chub sticks couldn't get it. Also that weapon would be considered stolen. Very bad either way.

You're not thinking like a habitual liar and manipulator.

You see, he only took the plea deal because due to the unfortunate circumstances where he appeared to be in the wrong. He had no choice but to take the plea deal because once again poor poor Boogie was at the mercy of the cruel universe. He did nothing wrong, but has to suffer none the less. He'll state this all in a very calm and seemingly understanding manner to garner further sympathy. He'll claim to not hold anything against the judicial system, as they were doing there best with what they had. He'll claim to be the better man and forgive what's his face for showing up at his house.

That's my bet on his attempt to save face post plea deal.
