Gee that sure does sound like an Everyday Gal.
Didn't Boogie invite him tho?
He rang the door bell, and then boogie confronted him with a gun like the giant pussy that he is. Frank just laughed and gave him the finger. Say what you will about hassle but the dude has balls.

i do not believe he has a self defence defence as he would have to prove he was scared for his life his actions in taunting him to come to his house and opening the door to him prove otherwise

I can smell the disappointment of mutts through my screen.
"Nuuuuh, he was supposed to get raped by bbc in prison, truly there is no justice."
I would have thought that raping a gentleman of Boogie's girthy proportions would represent a logistical challenge, akin to sending a photon torpedo down the exposed exhaust port of the first Death Star.

I know there are people on this thread who will claim that they used to bullseye womp rats in their T-16 back home, and they're not much bigger than Boogie's arsehole, These are the same individuals who unironically post Navy Seal copypasta.

A fitting punishment for Boogie would be a community service order; one that prevents him from parlaying these unpaid hours into YouTube videos where he promotes gun safety, and compels him to waddle up and down a stretch of highway with a trash bag.

Boogie getting out with $5,000 bail seems pretty lucky in his position. I don’t think a regular person who’s not a YouTuber would get the same treatment.

His lawyer, despite having a fucking retarded name and a Venti-esque face, seems to be a decent enough guy. Haven't read his discovery request yet but the guy has 20 years of experience so he probably isn't a total retard, unfortunately.
cant be that good as boogie said a few weeks ago his lawyer told him he has nothing to worry about. and because a victim of a crime behaved badly in unrelated matters that helped boogies cause

I know, I am just in general in favor of possibility of self defense and deterrence due to living in parts of the world where you can't do much to defend yourself.

If you shoot a warning shot in the air, how's that defending yourself? You're already brandishing a gun, and where I'm from, that's all the self defense you need if someone's trying to do something to you. What more could firing a "warning shot" in the air do? Besides hurting/killing some random person because of the whole "what goes up must come down" thing.

I'd argue that since they're both attention chasing E-Celebs Frank was under the impression that Boogie wanted this tough guy shtick ala Pro Wrestling.
Honestly, I still maintain they were using each other for content but Boogie's brain imploded when Frank came to Fayetteville. I don't think Frank actually thought Boogie was in any way serious about pulling a gun on him. But whether through retardation and mental illness, or feeling his hand was being forced in a game of narrative-spinning and content brinkmanship, Boogie did the dumbest thing possible.

If Frank did get charged for trespassing I'd fully expect him to say he was under the impression it was a hammed up beef that they were both mutually benefitting from and as a result he didn't take any of Boogies overblown hyperbolic threats seriously. FFS they were in a recorded tardoff in a phonecall with KEEM earlier that night.

I'm replying to my own post but it's really funny to see boogie's unfiltered opinion through his alts. It's so clear how mad he actually is about situation by how he states that frank should absolutely be the one going to jail because boogie was only defending his property and was in the right, and how much of a "Pussy Boy" frank is.

Meanwhile his main account hasn't commented or even mentioned frank's name, and he's being all lovey-dovey thanks for all the wonderful support guys this totally hasn't affected me in any way im so strong etc etc.
I wonder if his Better Help "therapists" are aware of his alter egos.

This is the same lawyer that Boogie used in his divorce. Just recently, Boogie has been paying him to ayyyy-lawg Frank Hassle by sending dirt on him to the DA.

"Talked to my lawyer and my lawyer said I probably don't have much to worry about." :story:

The authorities probably view Boogie as even more of a joke than this thread does. The entire situation is the internet equivalent of two neighbors bickering only for one to brandish a firearm.

Boogie's attorney is a fucking ambulance chaser, this just gets better and better!
He appears to have some lolcow tendencies, and was involved in a bitter, protracted divorce that ended up in the Arkansas Supreme Court.

He apparently married another lawyer far wealthier than he is and was awarded, among other things, $3,787 a month in permanent alimony as well as $1.25 million purportedly for child support. The Supreme Court upheld everything but those two. I assume he had a good lawyer even to win something that ridiculous in the first place, because permanent alimony even for women is generally disfavored these days.

Considering he's a first time offender who was under some very unusual circumstances, I don't think $5,000 bail is too weird, especially considering he's in Arkansas.

It does seem weirdly light for a self-admittedly mentally unstable person who fired a gun in the presence of an unwanted guest within a school zone

That was more due to them wanting to slam the guy for SOMETHING because they had been raiding his home and businesses for a long ass time without finding anything. How he got a lawyer so shitty he couldn't get it ruled entrapment is beyond me
Didn't he screw himself by mailing the shit to himself or something?

Anyway speaking of FPSRussia, Boogie had the chance to get the inside scoop on turning yourself in from the PKA guys - too bad he was too busy minding his twitter socks or something because he doesn't seem to be paying attention:

His attorney must fucking hate him for incriminating himself.
Nah, they just pour themselves another shot and raise a toast to more billable hours. They get paid either way.

His name is Pine Drewyor (yes really) and he filed an appearance today, along with a motion for discovery, in which he claims Boogie is his own lawyer (yes really).
It feels like (more) boilerplate, but I'm still laughing at how much of this motion focuses on Brady so much. "lol plz gib exculpatory evidence kthxbye" ... I know that's a legit request with some teeth to it, but the implication that the prosecution both possesses and is withholding evidence that exonerates ol' Porky here from his attorney is funny as hell.

The rest seems like throwing spaghetti at a teflon-coated wall hoping something will stick. If Boogie's defense hinges on grilling the cops who made the initial contact if they took notes that led to a bunch of dead leads, he's fucked.

Nobody got hurt. I think both were cases of the government not wanting a perceived idiot to have access to a weapon.
Lol, I’m sorry Null but “nobody got hurt” is not applicable in this scenario. The bare minimum for firearm usage is “I aimed at another human with intent to kill”. You fire up in the air in any kind of neighborhood, you are showing reckless disregard for people around you.
