I disagree with Boogies statement here.
Boogies comment that he thinks he looks better now than before is quite revealing. I imagine even his fans will feel confused at that statement, it's obviously ridiculous.

It really shows how obsessed Boogie is with his weight. He used to dislike his weight, but tried to still be okay with himself even at the weight he was at, he was more concerned with being a good person than his weight. Now Boogie is obsessed with how fat he is, it's one of the only things he thinks is important to his value as a person and his value in society. If he's fat, he's bad, if he's skinny, he's good. Any other factors, like how you treat others, are secondary to his obsession with his weight. That's why he thinks this fucking psychotic photo of him is better than the one where he was incredibly overweight, but happy.

Dude honestly needs more mental health help now than he ever did before. His ego and his weight have swapped in size (though he's still pretty fucking fat). Makes it very hard to feel any sympathy for him.

This guy is either is one of the sweetest, kindest people ever or a sociopath who can expertly manipulate people. No in-between. That smile only fits 2 kinds of people and I have no idea which one he is.
He defended insurance companies. You need to sell your soul and replace your heart with a circuit board to do that. Just as bad as prosecutors in my books.

If you shoot a warning shot in the air, how's that defending yourself? You're already brandishing a gun, and where I'm from, that's all the self defense you need if someone's trying to do something to you. What more could firing a "warning shot" in the air do? Besides hurting/killing some random person because of the whole "what goes up must come down" thing.
He probably thought it would make his 'I am willing to use this gun on you' stance seem more serious. Which is obviously dumb, because everyone who knows anything about guns knows you don't even point a gun at someone unless you're already serious about using it on them. But I can see non-gun people being like, 'See? I can even pull the trigger! Fear me!!' because they are literally ignorant about guns and don't realize that flexing on people with guns is usually illegal.

cant be that good as boogie said a few weeks ago his lawyer told him he has nothing to worry about. and because a victim of a crime behaved badly in unrelated matters that helped boogies cause
The fact that Pine was saving and archiving everything Hassle did that was unrelated to Boogie leads me to believe he's a bit of a shyster. No lawyer would do that for free, and Pine probably planted that idea in Boogie's head.

Lol, I’m sorry Null but “nobody got hurt” is not applicable in this scenario. The bare minimum for firearm usage is “I aimed at another human with intent to kill”. You fire up in the air in any kind of neighborhood, you are showing reckless disregard for people around you.

Depending on the state even a negligent discharge while cleaning your gun in your own home in a safe direction can be grounds enough for arrest and a mandatory prison sentence if law enforcement finds out it happened. Shannon's Law in AZ is particularly draconian about this.

I would hope for some prison time. The fucking goober cranked off a round into the air. This isn't even like he pulled the trigger thinking it was empty while showing it to a friend. He stepped out of his house, pointed it in the air, and deliberately cranked one off. That's a pretty autistic crime that absolutely should have some prison time associated with it.

But let's be honest, he'll plead down and get probation.

The takeaway from this is that boogie will get probation at best, everything legal rekieta predicts is wrong 100% of the time, I find it hard to believe he actually is even a lawyer, or just pretending to be one.
If Nick says it, Boogie gets off and files a winning civil rights lawsuit, or gets sentenced 25 to life. Pretty sure Nick doesn't even practice often.
Nick counts plea bargains he's agreed too for clients (basically what every prosecutor actually wants) as wins.
And has stated that he believes most people who enter the court system at all are probably guilty.
Thank god he's found a profession that's taken him away from getting more clients.

Innocent man who faces life.
"I have video tapes that i was somewhere else, it will exon."

Nick replies "I get all that, but I'm the lawyer here sir. If you sign this little piece of paper the nice prosecutor slipped me that says your guilty.
We can win this thing!"
"But Nick, I'm inno-"

"Sorry buddy, I gotta go, have a livestream a couple of hours from now. Sign the paper! WINNING!"

Boogie getting out with $5,000 bail seems pretty lucky in his position. I don’t think a regular person who’s not a YouTuber would get the same treatment.
99% of youtubers are nobodies just like anyone else this fat fuck isn’t getting any favourable because he has 4m dead subs

I'm not one for firearms restrictions but this tard firing off a round in a residential neighborhood, in the direction of a school and church, needs to be banned from ever touching a weapon.
Including knives and cars.

How is bond not extortion to a degree, sorry if it's off topic, I'm just curious.
In the eight amendment, there is a right that protects against excessive bail. I’m not a lawyer and don’t know how exactly they deem how much bail is excessive but there is protections for it. $5K isn’t a lot and probably says a lot about Boogie’s liquidity in financial wealth.

Just a reminder, bail is only kept by the court if you flee.

Good point. I was clearly dumb on the issue.

or of course boogie just made it up

Law may say that but people have been convicted of manslaughter for shooting someone on there porch, threw doors and the like, because it was considered that the person wasn't in danger. Arkansas handles these things very weirdly (constitutional carry and self defense), and it is very dependent on where in the state you live. There's a joke in Arkansas about home defense, people say you have to drag them in the door before calling the cops.
I may be late, and therefore, incredibly gay, but there was also that storyfire thing he did with keemstar where he asked, and even boasted at one point, that frank should come over. I have a feeling if that get's brought up, it might make his case a little harder.

Extortion is illegal and is done for profit. It's to force someone to do something you have no right to force them to do, like give you their money. Bail is to force you to do something you're legally obligated to do.

Boogie posting his mugshot on his Facebook feels like an attempt to own it before the "haters" share it everywhere, much like he tried to meme the screenshot of him brandishing Chad's gun.

I'm not convinced, though. It can't feel good to have your attempt at looking like a badass result in a warrant and a mugshot. To me this is more entertaining than his giant teeth, beet red face photo that used to be reposted quite often.

It was posted before but this thread's moving at an impressive rate. I hope the relevant people hear some of the five minutes of him both inviting Frank to his property and seeing that he'd "take pleasure" in killing him.
