Countering Extremism Working Group - You're a Republican? Well, that'll be punishable by the UCMJ.

Well, it's finally coming.

Bishop Garrison, a former Clinton and Obama administration figure, a 1619 Program supporter, and well known for saying that if you supported Trump you're a racist, white nationalist, and extremist, is now leading the "Countering Extremism Working Group" for the Pentagon.

The list of "extremist imagery" also has the "Come and Take It" flag, and a lot of the extremist 'identification' is pretty much believing in the US, questioning the government, asking if the US is capable of defeating a near-peer opponent.

The big thing is they plan to change the UCMJ, and every time I hear that, I cringe. The UCMJ is already harsh and controlling, and the idea of changing it to outlaw "extremism" when there's already mechanisms for anti-American activities, is frankly a little worrying.

Well, who is Garrison?

Well, he's on Human Rights First: https://www.humanrightsfirst.org/biography/bishop-garrison

Here he is on Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/bishopgarrison

Have an article of race-baiting written by him: https://inkstickmedia.com/racism-is-an-existential-threat/

Another interesting thing is that Garrison wants these changes pushed through fast. The document is listed at 9 Apr 2021, and want changes put in place and implemented within 90 days of 14 April 2021.

It's funny. Garrison there benefited from one of the most meritocratic organizations in America and immediately is turning around, screaming racism, and trying to tear it apart. I guess that combat tour between 2003-2004 and his "150 missions" must have really exposed him to some serious racists in the ranks.

His Twitter: https://twitter.com/bishopgarrison?lang=en

@JosephStalin and I remember when the thought of something like this would have been laughed off.

And since I once saw a senior office go ballistic over an "Eddie" poster from "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden, I don't have much confidence of senior military leaders identifying extremism outside of "White people bad" and mistaking the Union Jack for the Confederate flag.

Yeahhhhh let’s have a look at extremist attacks carried out on/by US military personnel.
The Fort Hood shootings 1.0. Muslim perp.
Washington navy yard shootings. Nigger perp.
Fort Hood 2: Latino perp.
Chattanooga shootings. Muslim perp.
Pensacola naval air station shootings. Muslim perp.
Just saying, if white extremists in the military are a problem, they appear to be hiding it pretty fucking well.
Let's not forget that the Nation of Islam recruits right outside of military bases and a shitload of black NCO's are Nation of Islam.

That's OK.

Your book on Rommel's tactics? That gets you talked to by Equal Opportunity.

How else can these proud officers of colour utilise their deadly melanin rays on the white american ranchers in the mountains... I mean on the terrorists, of course?

To be fair, though, the changing political nature of the US military can be clearly seen in things like the 900 Fulton County, GA military ballots going 100% to Biden... even though Trump reformed the VA, severely cut down on sending America’s defenders to die for nothing in desert shit-holes, and did more than any other President in history to calm down Israel and North Korea.
Guess those Georgia boys were thirsty for another globalist chickenhawk to get them back into the fight.

It always swings back. These people have their time in the sun but in 2022/24 theres going be a major shift in policy and removing of folks from power. Should be delicious. Just keep your head down til then
I've been hearing "it's gonna swing back" since the Clinton administration.

EDIT: Unless you mean the Republicunts will do-si-do with the Democrats. Yes, that always happens, but it's always a step towards tightening the oligarchy and squelching individual liberty.

The GOP is weak and won't do anything like that. Their thing is to just slow down the DNC agenda, not stop or reverse it.
Personally, I'd argue that they're more of an active part of the agenda. It would be kind of like if you were on trial and your prosecutor got to pick your defense attorney for you.

Sorry to break this to ya bud, but at this point the only way we're going to see any major shifts in this country is by playing Minecraft IRL.

It's not going to swing back. Instead, it'll be the new normal we need to swing back to.
Swing back better, one might say. Sorry not sorry.
Well, of course. You wouldn’t want your officers to start imitating a racist bigot like Patton.
Best imitation would be reading Rules for Radicals. "Alinksy, you magnificent bastard! I read your book!"

Well, think like they do, at least. Know they enemy, and know thyself.
Their tactics are never worth using. Tyranny is not a silver medal.

You can say "we must defend ourselves if nothing else," which is true enough. If government of reason is lost, we ought not accept rule by communists, but in that case it's time for the third way, not more BLM bullshit.

You should probably get some shut-eye. I am absolutely not advocating for becoming commies. Did Patton reading Rommel's book on armored warfare make him a Nazi, or just taught him how they conducted maneuver warfare?

Your analogy is deeply broken. Having mechanized infantry to support fast tank columns does not equate one to the Wehrmacht, no. A more apt comparison would be FDR having gangs of youths in paramilitary attire smashing the storefronts of Republican voters.

I keep seeing this dimwitted attitude here among certain posters-- "why don't we learn from BLM and fight dirty?" Because "fighting dirty" is why they are bad. Becoming a thuggish mob to own the thuggish mob is no victory.

Its fairly historical that the minority party retakes the House with whomever the Executive is in charge. Biden is extremely unpopular and the "he cheated" bug isnt going away from republicans/independents and a fair number of Democrats. Biden has no answer for the economy. He looks weak on the international stage. He literally looks like hes going to keel over while speaking and the white house has already shifted inti blatant attempts at gaslighting.

Meanwhile conflicting evidence of "mask mandates" and rules are happening which pisses his own voters off. Now you have a forced divide "international conflict" with palestine v israel taking spotlight which fractures the democrats more.

This is 6 months in. Lindsey Graham is sticking by Trump and I bet Scott will too. The house republicans are about to oust Liz Cheney and Marjorie Taylor Greene is managing to stay in the press which increases her clout/brand of republican.

But its okay everyone here can be a Doomer and oretend the world is over lmfao

For our sake, you better be right...*sigh*

I'm sure that purging a lot of effective military personnel for having the wrong opinions will have zero negative repercussions. Forcing experienced veterans that have leadership and tactical training into a civilian populace that shares their sense of betrayal by the government could never go wrong. This is a great idea.

You again completely misunderstand me. I am absolutely not at all advocating for the adoption of their tactics. Merely that its a good idea to read their books to learn how to counter theirs.
