He's been charged but not arrested. He appears to have left the jurisdiction in awareness of the upcoming charges, which would technically make him a fugitive, although they'll probably let that slide if he comes right back.
 
Sorry if it was covered already, I woke up to 8 extra pages on this tread, but I saw this warrant as it was posted to his Reddit yesterday and I thought it was a joke possibly put out by him. Trusting in your guys's research it looks like its legit. I guess it has to be if it contains an old DMV photo of him right? "The court would like to bring up the first witness Mr. Franklin Hassell to the stand."

In court do they not usually inquire about community roles, etc?

Boogie has done literally nothing to put himself as a good standing citizen. I am interested how his legal team will spin this. He is a sack of shit as a person.

also Boogie troon out could hit sooner than we think. He could claim he was transitioning privately and was under stress. The judge would give him pity points, troonery gets brushed off as a mental illness to most.
 
The prison rape comments are old hat. Just because Boogie has no standards (remember what that hooker he hired looked like) doesn't mean any would-be prison butt hound don't either.

I wholeheartedly agree with whoever said a real punishment would be manual labor in the form of roadside trash cleaning. Now that's an actual punishment for this fat fuck.

if there is a bond set, he will never see jail i don't think. I'm not American, but from what I know, you pay 10% of the bond to get out. I'm sure he will still have to be processed with a picture and fingerprints.

It wasn't his gun, he didn't have to open the door, he has a medicinal card apparently barring people from owning a weapon, and most importantly, fired a live projectile over his neighbours houses towards a church.

I think your perception of this situation is unduly colored by your crazy knife welding tranny visit. You had plenty of reasons to be afraid, and told the troon in no uncertain terms to not come to your house. Boogie invited frank over like five times, said a lot of conflicting shit, acted unaffraid, and told Frank he knew he was harmless. By taking the white trash confrontation bait and just generally being unreasonable boogie basically torpedoed any self defense claim he had. Shit, to me the entire video shows that the only thing boogie was afraid of was having his hillbilly pride hurt by looking like he was backing down, that's how Frank goaded him into firing a shot in the air so easy.

It's just an apples to oranges comparison, the only real similarity is somebody from the internet knocking on somebody else from the internet's door.
