Maybe the State is retarded enough to confuse a Army Vet in full combat gear to a City Police Officer on patrol.
85 lbs is about what you'd be carrying if you were wearing chainmail, a full steel helm, a longsword and a big fuckoff shield; AFAIK, maybe with their full kit and mess gear, but pretty sure soldiers don't have 85 lbs of gear.

Soldiers nowdays carry 90-140lbs of gear.

I have been reading here a bit and I agree the Twerking, dumbassery would make Chauvin walking worthwhile. NOT the property destruction.
That being said we might get our spergery.
Two Circuit courts just disagreed on the abortion block of Down Syndrome babies if it is known that is why the abortion is happening.
IF the Supreme Court decides to weigh in I would love to see the SCREECHING from the left.
Can you imagine if Roe get's repealed?
I know I am dreaming but the screeching of the feminist would be beautiful

Chauvin trial: Floyd's death should be 'undetermined', defence expert says

-BBC (20 mins ago)

Dr Fowler, who was chief medical examiner for the state of Maryland until his retirement in 2019, was called to testify by Mr Chauvin's defence on the 13th day of the trial.
He was questioned about the findings of the Hennepin County medical examiner, who ruled Mr Floyd's death a homicide.
"I would fall back to undetermined, in this particular case," Dr Fowler testified.

He said, in his opinion, the cause of death was not clear because there were "so many conflicting different potential mechanisms". These complicating factors, he said, could be considered homicide in some cases, and accidental in others.
Mr Floyd's consumption of fentanyl and methamphetamine, and his possible exposure to carbon monoxide poisoning from the police car's exhaust, were among the complicating factors cited by Dr Fowler.
Asked about the cause of death, Dr Fowler said he believed Mr Floyd suffered "a sudden cardiac arrest" while struggling with the officers.
Dr Fowler said Mr Floyd's health problems contributed to an erratic beating of his heart, known as sudden cardiac arrhythmia.
In response, prosecutor Jerry Blackwell launched an aggressive cross-examination of Dr Fowler, questioning his conclusions and credibility as a witness.

Under questioning, Dr Fowler admitted that someone who dies from being deprived of oxygen ultimately dies of an arrhythmia.
"Every one of us in this room will have a fatal arrhythmia at some point," Dr Fowler testified.
Dr Fowler also agreed that Mr Floyd should have been given immediate medical attention when he went into cardiac arrest, as there still was a chance to save his life.
Mr Chauvin has been charged with second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and manslaughter. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charge - second-degree murder.
A conviction on any of the counts against Mr Chauvin will require the nine-woman, five-man jury to return a unanimous verdict.
Big if true.

Sorry about all the edits.

Heavy disagree. The property destruction is what makes it funny. Because they're burning down their own neighborhoods, making their own quality of life even worse. Plus it's an optics nightmare for them. Cucks were largely pro-BLM last year after our Saint lord George Floyd was killed by Chauvin with 80%+ approval ratings. The summer of riots completely trashed the movements image.

So:
-It ruins their own communities
-It's funny as shit
-And it's bad optics for them

Nothing but positives.

I hope chauvin walks so we can see it all burn. I want another comfy summer of chimps burning down their own cities, while I watch it safely from my majority white community.

its a hardcore edgelord/cynic/doomer/nihilist take, but it's pretty accurate. i want to feel sorry for the people who'll suffer the damage from the riots, but the vast majority of them are gonna be leftists who will keep supporting diversity anyway so fuck em tbh

Summer of Love 2: Electric Sneedaloo. Now with 200% more nigger casualties under a demonrat president.
I wonder how they are going to justify this year's chimpouts while insisting that everyone else has to wear masks.

Problem is, it isn't just their neighborhoods.

If I live in an apartment and decide to burn my place to the ground, isn't the guy upstairs going to complain?

You've been wrong about every single thing so far in this thread.

Citation needed.
Checking around, average armor load-out by itself is 30-60 pounds, total combat load up to 140 pounds. It varies wildly on mission requirements so I couldn't get a average.

Important thing to note, police officers averages were running 20-30 pounds for the usual gear give or take, since this was a point brought up in the case today it wouldn't have been enough to be a factor restraining Floyd, since this is a loadout spread across the body (just like solders btw) and not concentrated in any one spot.

I'm not a warrior for zion but I seem to recall that infantry loads max out around 100lbs. That's probably with a SAW or mortars or some shit, a bunch of ammo, etc. There are jewish military drones in recovery on this board so maybe they'll weigh in.

100 pounds is already a fuck-off amount. Rucking that shit around has to be a nightmare. 140 sounds a little too high for anyone who's not built like Andre the giant.

Edit: Ninja'd, but I want the protectors of the shabbat to weigh in and tell us whether motherfuckers actually have to ruck 140lbs. and how often, or if that includes gear you drop at a FOB or some shit after getting out of a helicopter.

I couldn't imagine carrying 70%ish of my body weight in gear, holy shit. I thought wearing the chainmail I described earlier was rough. Just another reason to love our troops.

On topic, is it normal that there is this scitzo division in court cases? Just another reason for a dummy like me to be good.
