Got a fucking bad vibe from this guy as soon as he starting seeming agitated just discussing his own job.

Then he started showing off his Twitter detective-tier knowledge. Fucking boot him. Dude doesn't know what he's talking about.

"Mr. Floyd had a fantastic heart!"
"High blood Pressure only becomes a big problem after 30/40 years of having it"

Guess for a grand a day you really can get them to agree with anything.

Are they really saying that this doc watching the video is okay because he treats patients via telemedicine now? Every honest doc will tell you telemedicine is not a substitute for actually assessing a patient in person.

"No evidence of heart disease."

What kind of cardiologist misses arteries THAT clogged with cheese?
Holy fuck. We've got this, plus the Pulmonologist endorsing smoking. Fuck this health shit, I'm gonna start smoking a pack a day and eating fast food for every meal.

And here I thought Floyd's heart was enlarged from being extremely unhealthy but apparently he just had a big heart from being such a gentle giant, thank Science.

You can tell this guy is a fucking retard.
No, examining video of a patient describing their symptoms and cooperating with you is not the fucking same as examining video evidence from a police bodycam. He's wondering why didn't Floyd talk about his palpitations or dizziness.

Are you serious? Going from "totally fine" to "dizzy and passing out" is fucking exactly what happened in the video.

Would it be optimistic to assume that the jury can see through this guy's bullshit?

Defense is asking for jury sequestration because a black guy got shot by police last night and there were mostly peaceful clashes with police. The defense thinks it emphasizes how the jury might be persuaded to make a verdict based on fear of causing a riot if the public disagrees.

EDIT: the prosecution says "nah, don't worry about it."
Nelson describing the "mostly peaceful clashes with police" as "fairly extensive civil unrest" is one of my favorite phrases this morning.

But also, the prosecutor on the "reliability" of Hall's testimony, and how it's self-serving was pretty funny. Did anyone else catch the smirk on his face and the obvious effort at skirting around, "Dis nigga a liar"? Seems counsel and the persecution are on the same page with that one.

Also, "In all fairness, he was a Texan lawyer." in regards to Hall's public defender.

His voice and inflection reminds me of Fred Savage and makes it hard to try to take him seriously. The things he's actually saying make it impossible.
He also has manic eyes of someone who's trying REALLY hard to convince you of something against your own self interest
