Nelson was just on the stand asking the judge to stop the prosecution from bringing up anymore "expert" witnesses as it's basically the 5th/6th one that's said the same shit over and over again. Nelson knows the prosecution is wasting everyone's time

I hope her last few thoughts were of home and family. But a little dark core of me hopes she at least realized, ever briefly, that the evil fucking racists she ranted about online were right after all.

I know the brainwashing is strong, but even so, I would think that even the most hardcore liberal might rethink a few things when they're in the midst of getting raped and murdered by the illegals they used to support.

There have been multiple news stories of women who got raped who refused to report it cause they didn't want their pet brown person to be deported.

So the brainwashing? Stronger than you think.
 
Nelson is talking about the drug dealer. Apparently he fled to Texas in May and the investigators caught up to him. He's explaining to the judge what he would have the drug dealer testify about.
 
Man, Momma really fucked this guy over in her testimony, seeing as he had already plead the fifth and she straight up called him out on being GF's dealer.
 
For anyone who may be rooting for the heroic anti-racist prosecution to bring that evil murdering cop to justice for his killing of an innocent black man, consider the prosecutor's statements just now would be exactly the same for floyd, were he not dead :tomgirl:
 
For anyone that doesn't know what nelson is talking about, this was posted yesterday here on KF

Nelson is arguing that since one of the jurors was exposed to this since it's in one of their counties, nelson wants to make sure the jury hasn't been tampered with because of this (because of the media bullshit) so he's requesting the jury be sequestered.
 
Defense is asking for jury sequestration because a black guy got shot by police last night and there were mostly peaceful clashes with police. The defense thinks it emphasizes how the jury might be persuaded to make a verdict based on fear of causing a riot if the public disagrees.

EDIT: the prosecution says "nah, don't worry about it."
 
Judge denies the motion because "that's a totally different case" and he thinks sequestering the jury now might make the jury more likely to think there is a threat to their safety based on their participation in the trial. He says the jurors all acknowledged concern about sitting on the jury from the beginning.

This is why I think Chauvin getting convicted of something regardless of his actual guilt will happen. The jurors are basically on the honor system that they won't go home and open their phones to headlines saying DOCTOR PINPOINTS EXACT MOMENT WHEN FLOYD CHRIST WAS MURDERED FOR OUR SINS or BLM threatening chimpouts (and as of last night getting the pre-chimping started).
