He was high as balls, then he went out and took two more pills, then he crammed at least three pills in his mouth between getting out of his car and getting on the ground. Lord knows how much he swallowed.

When eating weed edibles, it says to eat one and then wait half an hour to two hours for it to kick in. Obviously the uptake rate between chinky fent and pot cookies are different, but popping more when you're already wrecked sounds like a bad day at Cup Foods.

It is only a bait insofar as defense didn't get to have its word on this topic yet. If it stumbles the way it did with the previous guy, which I don't necessarily expect because it had some time to prepare for this witness, then, yeah. everyone sperging about the lethal dose was talking out of their ass. At least as far as jury is concerned. Let's wait and see.

It's not necessarily a dumb tactic. This guy is pretty matter of fact and actually knows his shit, so it helps their case to show that some people are in fact alive after taking these drugs. Note they didn't ask Jack shit about how the drugs interact. It was all assuming each of them were taken in a vacuum separately. Should be interesting to see if the defense picks up on that.

Yes, potentially biased jury will completely disregard one of the best experts on the topic investigating the case for hundreds of hours just because he said a thing that could kind of be interpreted as him saying that smoking is not that bad for you relative to the topic at hand. This is pure seethe at this point.
