Alright, it took 9 days to get a decent prosecution witness, and he had to be extremely elusive and exhausting to keep up with.

I think Nelson tried something like that and prosecution objected to scope or foundation or something. That's why Nelson was having to ask stuff about the drugs for example in hypotheticals.
Nelson: So Dr. Tobin, you're saying that Floyd's cause of death wouldn't have left marks on him?

Tobin: (Fallout 4 answer for yes)

N: So you didn't find any marks or bruising on his body?

T: I didn't examine the body

Obviously me just spitballing but I thought it would be a smart thing to do.

Did he really say smothering with a pillow leaves no bruising? One of most noticeable thing after smothering with a pillow is bruising on the upper gums which are also swollen from pressure exerted.
When you die because you cant breef because someone is smothering you or closing your airway, the blood vessels in your eyelids burst. You can tell instantly by checking the underneath of someone's eyelids. It's one of the first things they check in cases of I cant breef death. Did they check St. Floyd's eyelids?

Prosecutor lady could really use some lip filler. If the prosecution is able to prove or at least convince the jury Floyd didn’t OD then the defense is kinda screwed
Only partially. The defense can still prove that Chauvin's actions were reasonable enough to avoid any of the charges, even if jury believes that his actions were the cause of Floyd's death.

He didn't say that. He said that a person with a fent overdose would show different symptoms before dying. Like it or not, unless that guy is just outright lying under oath, that gotta count.
Meth (a stimulant) could've easily complicated fent OD symptoms. He's not wrong but saying that it discounts all drug interactions and possibility is absurd.

Smoking also doesn't cause lung problems. It's completely groovy.
