Because they are predatory males, and degenerate coomers. They see being a woman as fulfilling a fetish, or giving them some leeway towards being able to have their way with women or children. Most cis women don't behave in any way like troons. For one thing they are brought up to be more wary of men in general and being in certain areas at certain times, or just putting themselves in places where they could get attention at any time, because just about any man could physically overpower them and rape and/or kill them if they wanted to. Cis women also spend a LONG ass time getting clean, doing their hair, putting on makeup, choosing the right outfit etc. and most troons could never understand the time and effort women must put in to look nice. They don't understand and even if they did most would not want to put in the effort it would take for them to learn how to act and behave like a woman.

I mean, it's a valid stragedy if you think about it. Less interest in these games mean less competition from the speedrunning community. Contrary to what's been said, I couldn't care less if you want to set a record for this type of stuff, but trying to speedrun Mario 64 when tons of other people have already done so? Might as well try to speedrun Pokémon Pinball.

I think you found the "Power Word: Kill" for transsexuals - EFFORT. Those individuals are some of the most physically and intellectually lazy people on the planet. Think about it - they actually believe that just by switching their labels to "female" can they claim to be women. All the while making little to no effort of playing the part. Why shave; dress nicely; keep yourself fit; put on make-up; do your hair or smell pleasant, when you can simply put on a dress designed for grandmothers and the obese, and cry "bigotry" every time someone points out their laziness and hypocrisy.

The difference is that women still look unmistakably female no matter what, even at their worst and from the most unflattering angles--troons can't replicate or capture that essence regardless of how much makeup, ring lights or filters they use.

Those first two still look beautiful and feminine to me, we're all just so used to seeing flawless complexions and impossibly thick, blackened eyelashes that the reality beneath can be jarring until your expectations readjust to something real. Tyra is striking too imo, but the exaggerated bugeye expression in the bare faced shot is obviously not meant to be appealing lol

The only woman I can distinctly remember at an AGDQ event sat there knitting while a man did the speedrun. I'm not making that up.

The thing is speedrunning is an incredibly niche part of gaming, and gaming in general is already a heavily male-dominated hobby (despite that dumbass research from way back that lumped women who play Angry Birds at the bus stop into the gamer category to fluff the numbers) so you'd expect an actual female speedrunner to be rare as hen's teeth.

Fuck, I completely forgot that was her; no wonder she stuck in my head. That's a close second to my all-time favourite moment at AGDQ, where the MC is reading out a donation about someone's relative dying of cancer right as the runner does a trick and the entire room starts applauding.
