I sincerely hope OIC is ironic, for his own sake. Imagine giving a man upwards of ten-thousand dollars to see him pretend he can't afford groceries in the span of less than a year.

That still leaves Phil thinking Pro-Wrestling is real, rather than a scripted & choreographed live-show, in his mid-teens by his own words.
He also said 'the Bret Hart era' which would have been mid-90's as that guy stopped in like 2000 I think.
I just like calling him retarded :lol:

Brett "left" the WWF in 1997. It was then he went public with interviews, confirming wrestling is all scripted and it's basically homoerotica. Everyone knew years before then. I watched the "Dark Side of the Ring" series. Don't give a Derich about wrestling but it's a fantastic watch. Murders, suicides, smuggling and those guys are fucked out of their skulls on drugs every day. Wrestlers (95% of them) are not people to be looked up to or respected.

Edit: That makes wrestlers sound really bad. They aren't Twitch streamers. Here's one of the 5% who aren't. Hannibal's cool but Al Snow is as tough and smart as they come. Watch at least the first 10 minutes for an idea of how hard these guys were ridden:

There's a hell of a lot of genuinely good people in wrestling, I think allot of current problems stem from places like the indy circuit and how promoters used to treat wrestlers back in the day and how demanding wrestling was back then from a physical and financial standpoint. The top dog promotions back in the 90's and before (WWF/WCW), maybe even into the early-mid 2000's, allot of the talent were working 300+ days a year, so all the bumps they took (not to mention CTE wasn't even a thought back then), allot of pain was involved over the course of years and in some cases decades, them becoming fucked up off pills was a natural side effect of the business. These dudes weren't ballin back then so it was either money for surgeries or a few bucks on some pills to ease the pain, then everything that comes along with that lifestyle.

I don't want to derail the thread though, I used to be a huge mark as a kid back in the day and still keep up with things a bit without actually watching and watch a fuckton of shoot interviews and what have you, so just wanted to put in my 2 cents. The business is completely different now though, allot cleaner and by the book. That's not to say terrible shit doesn't come out of the business still, but not nearly to the extent of the sex, drugs, rock and roll era of the 80's and 90's.

How the hell do you own so many cats? Supporting one would be impossible unless you earned over $200k a year.
