Connor's always more entertaining when he's sperging about bullshit all on his own, than with a thread full of people dumping their life stories here trying to sound better than Connor or somehow help him. Don't believe me? Just compare Connor chimping out over little shit like the ACM thread or Juno to someone's life story about how they were pushed by people who believe in them or someone using a post just to tell Connor to finish his novel/book report. I always thought lolcows had threads because they do stupid shit we find funny, not because they act worse than we flawless ubermensch and we have to put them in their place.

Connor's an idiot though. I don't understand why some people think he'll renounce sperging and become a model poster if only this dang dirty thread was closed. Does anyone really believe that? He'll continue to be an embarrassing sperg elsewhere on the forums until he talks about his crotch some more and a second thread is opened.

Tl,dr Is Connor the worst person ever? Of course not.

Is Connor an idiot with non existent common sense and social graces? Oh hell yes.

I think you're right about that; I think what Alan was saying was that the thread has not necessarily contributed to Connor's lulzyness. His argument is that Connor is funnier when he does things on his own, like the Autism thread, than when people badger him into doing things, and the thread has become a mess of powerleveling.

Fair enough. The problem with that approach though is if he's allowed to roam free half the other topics on the forum with be infected with Connor sperging and powerleveling. Frankly I think its a better idea if Connor's stupidity is quarantined to a single thread.

I would say the thread actually caused him to contribute less too, because the constant requests for him to produce Alphaboy are really annoying:

Well this happened too back then before the Halal thread, but then what the admins did was they split the threads and sent the parts where Connor sperged to Spergatory for us to laugh at, such as this one:

Good call. I'm just worried that if this thread gets closed down spergs will follow Connor to various parts of the forum to harass him and cause further problems.

If they cause any shit, just report their asses. I don't think it's gonna be as big of an issue as long as he produces funnier content. Laughs > 5 paragraph diatribes about Connor's book report.

I agree that the thread should be closed, myself. It really is getting depressing, devolving more into petty personal attacks and nastiness rather than laughs and entertainment.
