Maybe the real winning was the arrest and public humiliation he experienced along the way.

I have to believe that this all a massive set up for the up coming disaster of the pantsu arc.Maybe the real winning was the arrest and public humiliation he experienced along the way
It surprised me too, you'd think everyone would have learned to temper their expectations after the weeb wars fiasco but here we are.Well since my chance to laugh at the gunt was denied for today I will take this opportunity to laugh at all the retards who were strutting around talking about what a "SLAM DUNK" this case is. Lol @ those retards.
Ain't this the truth? It was fun watching him squirm, but the fact he has this sword of Damocles over his head right now could lead to some more entertainment. It's not like he's out of the woods yet.It surprised me too, you'd think everyone would have learned to temper their expectations after the weeb wars fiasco but here we are.
You know, now that I think of it we might see a revival of weird desperate twitter vickers. I'm rather fond of his spergouts and I'm still sad he never made the Kiwi Farms Retardarium. It would give me something to work toward, ya know?Lmao vickers loses again.
That was a very specific case and while it authorized HRT (basically horse piss pills) as medical treatment it certainly didn't grant a right to be sent to women's prison and states continue to refuse to do so. If a troon wants to be a criminal and get sent to women's prison they need to live in a state that cottons to such nonsense.A Raegan appointee in Massachusetts ruled a few years back that the government not paying for HRT constituted "cruel and unusual punishment" under the Constitution.
I whole heartedly think that Vic's case would have went 100% different if Rackets didn't get involved. It surprised me too, you'd think everyone would have learned to temper their expectations after the weeb wars fiasco but here we are.
I want to see him have to go tell all his neighbors. "Hi, I'm Ethan Ralph, owner and operator of theralphretort dot com and I am a pederast."My win condition is the judge rules that he can make money livestreaming as long as he announces that he is a sex offender every time he introduces himself every night.
Rate me optimistic but I'm not here to win I'm just here to laugh.
I think it's actually impossible unless they revise the charges. I originally misread the statute and it apparently requires three counts before registration is obligatory, which strikes me as bullshit but that's what the legislature did. It's very, very unlikely that Ethan will end up on the registry for what he's currently being charged with.
An allocution of guilt requires confessing to a set of actual facts that would constitute being guilty of the offense. Depending on how the judge is or how the procedures are, this can range from mundane to humiliating. I'd guess if they're going to plead him down somehow it will be to some disorderly conduct offense that doesn't tick any boxes for future sex offender status. If it's even misdemeanor DV though he loses his right to have a gun.Importantly, though, if he takes a plea deal he will be required to allocute (remember him casually pulling out that $500 piece of legal jargon a few weeks ago, as though he'd been saying it a lot lately?), and we may be able to get the text of his allocution and have @#KillAllPedos or somebody else create a rendition of him reading that confession to bring us an essentially genuine Ethan Ralph courtroom experience.
The case was NOLL PROSS'D, meaning that it's not being prosecuted anymore than it has been. Allegedly there were some "special circumstances" mentioned which could indicate some agreement between the parties for him to go into a diversionary program like inpatient alcohol treatment. Having just spoken to the ACA in the J&DR court, all she could see was the disposition of the case itself and nothing more. If we want anything else, some intrepid Kiwi is going to have to go down to the J&DR court and pay for the paperwork including motions and transcripts, which she said would cost "between fifty cents and two dollars". That's all I can give you guys at this point. Can somebody give me a grug rundown of what we think happened and what possibly might be happening next? I'm Lawtarded and not quite following this all.
The harvest has not ended yet, brother. The case can be brought against him again since the charges were not dismissed with prejudice. At this point it's like the charges were never filed to begin with.Oh Jesus Christ, now hes going to be worse than ever. The only positive I see coming from this is Ralph drinking himself into a coma or trying to be Baked Alaska and get arrested for dumb IRL streaming antics. Well, it was a good harvest while it lasted![]()
