This is going to go on for awhile. Court takes fucking forever, the fact that they didn't dismiss it at arraignment means the prosecution is going forward with the case and at this point he needs an attorney. He can act big and bad on Twitter all day(Donald Trump), but this fag is going to be found guilty of revenge porn and hopefully violate his probation.

He's playing a high-stakes, no-win game where his only condition for failure is not being able to do his podcast and drink himself to sleep. As long as he can keep doing that, he's a living, breathing soap opera broadcasted for everyone to watch.

It's all those things, but funnily enough it's also accurate. Faith was willing to forgive the revenge porn and toed the line right up to endorsing it right up until May entered the situation.

Its general court. Unless Ralph is willing to spend a shit ton of money he's going to be in the same court room as everyone getting drunk driving charges. This court tends to move fairly quick. As far as courts go anyway.
 
What a shitty Lose-Lose position the gunt has put himself in. Well my position has always been that the court has better things to deal with than Ralph, and for years this held true, so I'm a bit surprised he got arrested.

That said, this is criminal so I'll be curious a) if this even makes it to trial and b) assuming it does, how much of the evidence against him is actually admissible.

I suspect it will depend largely on what he told the cops himself and what Faith/Daddy Vickers told the cops, and less on what investigators might find dug up by people online unless that info is easily personally verifiable by investigators.
