This is true but the facts of the actual case seem to be completely against him. I'm not a legal expert so anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but the only thing holding this back was faith not pressing charges. Now that she has well inside the statue of limitations, I just don't see how Ralph can win. But I could be wrong

Yes. He was arrested, booked (with mugshot, which has yet to be uploaded), taken before a magistrate, and released on a recognizance bond pending a court date tomorrow at 9 AM.

they can arrest you for anything they suspect you of doing, doesn't always have to be a guaranteed conviction but in this case they've most likely seen a LOT of evidence. Faith squealed on everything in all likelihood and as such the revenge porn vid has at least likely been seen.

Oh he's definitely guilty as shit. I'm not as sure it's going to be as much of a slam dunk though based on how retarded and unreliable Faith is. I also think the public faggotry on behalf of the Vickers (while great for our purposes) was a bad fucking idea if they had any intention of pressing charges and could bite them in the ass.

Here's the good news. ER either goes with a public defender (not ideal) OR he has to shell out money to hire a lawyer himself. This alone does not bode well for Ralph even in the event of a non-conviction or dismissal.

Faith doesn't need to be reliable. We have the chat logs of her and Ralph discussing the sex tape and how it got leaked. We have Ralph telling her at first that he got hacked, and then later he accidentally admits that he did it, causing her to flip out on him.

He'll definitely try to use the 'unreliable victim statement' defense, coupled with her recording of saying she agreed to the recording of the video but it doesn't actually exculpate the criminal conduct.
