Personally I think she knew Ralph did it and only did anything about it when it became convenient for her. If I were in her shoes, going to the police would be the first fucking thing I did. None of how this was handled is rational or makes sense, but it doesn't change the fact that Ralph released it without her consent. He did it to spite and humiliate her because she called him a rapist and tampon breath and there is no logic or thought behind any of his actions because he reacts purely emotionally like a retard.

She 100% told the police he plied her with alcohol I guarantee you. It seems pretty clean cut for the cops in my opinion but I don't think he'll be in jail for longer than a year to be honest.
