They can even get testimony from the mental facility where she was locked up to verify that she was not in her right state of mind and believed that he had been hacked since it was discussed with the doctors.
At the end of the day, there is evidence that 100% shows Ralph releasing the recording, it doesn't matter who's credibility is what, he did it.
